Das Zimmer ist toll geschnitten und liegt auf der Nordseite. Trotzdem kommt relativ viel Licht rein und im Sommer ist es angenehm kühl.
Da nun auch die Bauarbeiten auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite abgeschlossen sind ist es sehr ruhig.
Ansonsten würde ein sehr geräumiger Schrank in dem Zimmer drin bleiben, der wirklich sehr viel Stauraum bietet. Es gibt ebenfalls eine kleine Abstellkammer wo du zusätzlich und vorallem trocken lagern kannst.
Desweiteren haben wir eine Spülmaschine sowie Waschmaschine, die du selbstverständlich mitnutzen kannst. Für die Waschmaschine würde nochmal 60Euro Abschlag anfallen, der Rest ist inklusive :-)

The room has a great layout and is on the north side. Nevertheless, there is a lot of light and it is pleasantly cool in summer.
Since the construction work on the opposite side is now finished, it is very quiet.
Otherwise, a very spacious wardrobe would stay in the room, which really offers a lot of storage space, as well as a mattress. There is also a small storage room where you can store extra and dry things.
Furthermore, we have a dishwasher and a washing machine, which you can of course use. For the washing machine there would be another 60Euro charge, the rest is included :-)
Die Haltestelle Nonnenstraße und Felsenkeller sind 2-7 Min. von der Wohnung entfernt, sodass du problemlos in die Innenstadt kommst.
Mit Fahrrad kommst du über die Sachsenbrücke und den Park ebenfalls innerhalb von 10 Min. ins Zentrum. Auch der Palmengarten ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
In der Nähe ist auch die Karl-Heine- Str. mit vielen Bars, die hoffentlich zum Frühling/Sommer wieder geöffnet haben und sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bio Läden, Aldi, Lidl und Kaufland.

The bus stop Nonnenstraße and Felsenkeller are 2-7 minutes away from the apartment, so you can easily get to the city centre.
By bike you can reach the city centre via Sachsenbrücke and the park within 10 minutes.
Nearby is also the Karl-Heine- Str. with many bars and very good shopping facilities such as bio shops, Aldi, Lidl and Kaufland.
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner Christian (27) stellt sich dann einmal vor:
"Ahoi, ich wohne jetzt seit einem guten Jahr in Leipzig und jongliere zurzeit die Arbeit in einem Architekturbüro mit einem Philosophiestudium an der Uni Leipzig. Hobbys und Freizeit drehen sich bei mir meist um Kunst, Film, Musik etc. - die Einschränkungen durch die Pandemie haben mich da in letzter Zeit leider sehr eingeschränkt :( Aber das wird sich irgendwann auch wieder bessern :)
Allgemein bin ich beim Umherströpern und Kennenlernen neuer Orte in der Stadt immer gerne dabei.
Das bisherige WG-Leben war angenehm offen und unkompliziert; mal macht man was zusammen, mal macht man sein eigenes Ding, mal sitzt man bei Bier, Wein oder jeweiligem Lieblingsgetränk quatschend am Küchentisch, mal geht man seiner eigenen Arbeit nach, mal ist man unterwegs und mal Zuhaus und wenn man sich sieht, dann hat man ein freundliches Wort und offenes Ohr füreinander. Sehr gerne möchte ich diese Stimmung in Zukunft beibehalten :)"

"Ahoy, I've been living in Leipzig for a good year now and am currently juggling work in an architecture office with studying philosophy at Leipzig University. My hobbies and free time mostly revolve around art, film, music, etc. - Unfortunately, the restrictions due to the pandemic have limited me a lot lately :( But that will improve again sometime :)
In general, I always enjoy wandering around and getting to know new places in the city.
Living in a shared flat so far has been pleasantly open and uncomplicated; sometimes you do things together, sometimes you do your own thing, sometimes you sit at the kitchen table chatting over beer, wine or your favourite drink, sometimes you go about your own work, sometimes you're out and about and sometimes you're at home and when you see each other, you have a friendly word and an open ear for each other. I would very much like to keep this atmosphere in the future :)"
