Hello! Wir suchen ab September bis Dezember (eventuell auch ein paar Wochen länger) eine liebe Person zur Zwischenmiete.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet und ich würde dir Kleiderstange und Kommode frei räumen, so dass du deinen Kram unterbringen kannst! Die Fenster gehen Richtung Norden, das Zimmer ist aber trotzdem relativ hell und beherbergt einige Pflänzchen, die ich für die Zeit meines Auslandssemesters gerne in verantwortungsvolle Hände übergeben würde :) Zusammen wohnen wirst du mit Esther, die selber im August erst einzieht und hier in Leipzig ihre Ausbildung als Fachinformatikerin beginnt. Myriel macht in Jena ihren Master, arbeitet nebenbei und hängt sonst gerne mit Pferd am Cossi ab oder spielt Badminton. Sie wird den September noch in der Wohnung sein und dann ihr Zimmer wahrscheinlich einer Freundin zur Zwischenmiete überlassen, während sie ebenfalls ins Ausland geht. Generell pflegen wir ein entspanntes, freundschaftliches Miteinander, sitzen gerne und oft zusammen in der Küche und quatschen oder fahren zusammen zum See. Wir sind alle vegan/vegetarisch und es wäre schön, wenn es bei dir auch so aussieht. Wir freuen uns auf deine Nachricht!
Hello! We are looking for a flatmate from September to December! (Potentially a few weeks longer would be possible).
The room will be rented furnished and I would clear a clothes rack and sideboard for you, so that you can store your stuff! The windows face north, but the room is still relatively bright and has a few plants that I would like to leave in responsible hands for the duration of my semester abroad. You will be living with Esther, who will be moving in herself in August and will be starting her training as an IT specialist here in Leipzig. Myriel is doing her Master's in Jena, works part-time and otherwise likes to hang out with her horse at the Cossi or play badminton. She will be in the flat for the rest of September and will then probably leave her room to a friend for a while while she also goes abroad. In general, we have a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, often like to sit together in the kitchen and chat or go to the lake together. We are all vegan/vegetarian and it would be nice if it was the same for you. We are looking forward to hear from you :)
Lage
Die Trams 1,2,3 und die Buslinie 60 halten quasi direkt vor der Tür und auch Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Penny, DM und Toom sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. In 20 Minuten bist du im Zentrum und zum Cossi sinds mit dem Fahrrad auch nur 15 Minuten.
Im Umkreis gibt es viele Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und schnuckelige Plätzchen zum verweilen.
Die Wohnung ist trotz ihrer Nähe zum Adler sehr ruhig!
