Wir suchen in den kommenden Wochen eine*n super Nachfolger*in für einen Platz in unserer WG. Das Zimmer ist 20m² groß, schön hell und kann bei Bedarf auch teilmöbliert übernommen werden. Neben den zwei weiteren WG-Zimmern besteht die Wohnung aus einem geräumigen Flur, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem - wie wir finden - ganz schicken Bad und einem großen Balkon.
Einziehen kannst du ab jetzt bzw. nach Absprache.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt auf der Karl-Heine-Straße. Also mitten drin im Kosmos Plagwitz-Lindenau. Wir haben im Haus die beste Bäckerei Leipzigs, nebenan ist der Karl-Heine-Platz a.k.a Knochenplatz und - naja, da direkt auf der Karl-Heine-Straße - Kneipen, Restaurants, Imbiss, Späti, Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.
Zur nächsten Tramhaltestelle brauchst du nur 3 Gehminuten.
As our flat is located on Karl-Heine-Straße, we live in the heart of Plagwitz-Lindenau. You can find anything you need for a nice time - bars, restaurants, Späti, supermarket, park and also the best bakery in town.
Public transport is around the corner - about 3 minutes walking distance to tramstation Felsenkeller.
Du würdest mit uns, Jana und Malte zusammenwohnen. Beide sind wir tagsüber mit Arbeit bzw. Studium eingespannt - deshalb ist es gerade abends oder am Wochenende schön, mal gemeinsam zu essen oder bei Limo, Wein, Bier zusammenzusitzen und Karten zu spielen.
Mehr über uns findest du am besten bei einem gemeinsamen Gespräch raus.
You would live with Malte and Jana. We both are working or studying - therefore it's nice to meet in the evening or on the weekends for eating together or having drinks and playing cards.
