After a beautiful time living in this amazing flat, I am saying goodbye to my room to live in another place. The room has a good space to rest and study/work, as well to storage your stuff.
The flat is a two-floor apartment, spacious and very bright. The flat has - in addition to the three bedrooms - a huge living room, equipped kitchen, dinning room, balcony, two bathrooms and a laundry space.
The flat is located in Plagwitz, close to Karl-Heine. From here you can access easy and quick the best places around. There is a Rewe and a Aldi nearby, drugstores, späte, restaurants, and everything you need.
The Clara-Zetkin park is 5 minutes walking from the flat, which gives a lot of opportunities to hang out during good weather.
From here you are connected to several tram lines - 1, 2, 3, 14 - also the 74 Bus. You can reach out the city center in 12 minutes.
Here you will live with Kobu and Sylvia. We always had a cozy living and share our responsibilities and sometimes cook together. Kobu is a very chill, wellbeing, musician person. You can regularly find him playing and singing around the house.
Sylvia is the person you can sit in the dinning room and talk about several topics, play videogames, and chill.
All of us three have our own working routine, sometimes in different times and couldn't see each other much during the week, but always looking for a beer or a chat in the living room.
When you move, I will leave the bed (without mattress), and the clothes handler. All the rest I will take in the moving out.
The rental is to begin in first of March (01.03.2023). After living for three years in WG, I am moving to my own flat :)
