Hallo, hier ist Süleyman, ich vermiete mein Zimmer ab dem 1. August.
-Im Zimmer steht euch eine bequeme Matratze zur Verfügung. Es wird einen Schreibtisch und einen wirklich bequemen Sessel geben, die ihr nutzen könnt. Und noch ein Stuhl zur Benutzung.
-Wir haben eine große Küche mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler und es ist ein großartiger Ort, um dort zu sitzen und sich mit den Mitbewohnern zu unterhalten, wenn Sie möchten. Ihr werdet so tolle Mitbewohner haben, die sehr gut Englisch und als Muttersprache Deutsch sprechen. Wir haben auch einen Balkon mit Beleuchtungssystem. Wenn Sie gut mit Kälte umgehen können, können Sie dort auch Spaß haben.
-Wir haben ein großes Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine.

Hey there it is Süleyman, i am renting my room from August 1st.
-In the room you will have a comfortable matratze. There will be a desk and a really comfortable armchair that you can use. And another chair for use.
-You can have 250Mbps of download and 60 Mbps of upload.
-We have a big kitchen that has oven and dishwasher and it is a great place to sit and have conversation with the flatmates if you want. You will have such great flatmates that can speak very good english and as their first language german. We also have a balcony with a lighting system if you are good with cold you can also have fun there.
-We have big bathroom that has washing machine.
Reudnitz, sehr gut angebunden an Nahverkehr, Parks und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Mit dem Fahrrad geht´s in 25 zum nächsten See und in 10-20 all die anderen Viertel der Stadt :)
