Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster und ist nach Osten ausgerichtet. Da ich ein Semester im Ausland verbringen werde und deswegen mein Zimmer untervermieten möchte, würde ich meine Möbel da lassen. Es gibt ein großes Bett, Schreibtisch und mehrere Möglichkeiten für Stauraum.

The room has a big window facing east. I sublet the room since I will spend a semester abroad so it will be furnished. It has a big bed, a desk and many possibilities to store stuff.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 1 Minute entfernt. Du musst nur die 4 Stockwerke nach unten mit einberechnen, wenn du mal spät dran bist. Mit der Linie 4 ist man in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die 60 in die Südvorstadt und Westen ist auch gleich ums Eck. Mit der 70 bist du flott auf der Eisi
Sonst ist der Rewe 100m entfernt. Auch ein Aldi und Kaufland gibts in der Nähe.
Für ne Runde Tischtennis sind Lene oder Friedenspark nicht weit entfernt.

The tram is just 1 minute away. Just be aware of the 4 floors you have to run down when being late. With line 4 you are in the citycenter in just 10min. Bus 60 will bring you to Südvorstadt and the West of Leipzig. With Line 70 you're quickly on Eisenbahnstraße.
For groceries REWE is 100 meters away. There is also an ALDI close by.
For walks and outdoorsy activities you can go to Lene or Friedenspark.
Du würdest mit meiner wundervollen Mitbewohnerin Cleo zusammenwohnen, die hier kurz erklärt, was du dir unter dem Zusammenleben vorstellen kann :)

Ich bin Cleo, studiere im 4. Semester Biologie, aber hab leider keinen grünen Daumen. Wie gesagt, würdest du mit mir dann zusammenwohnen. Ich geh ab und zu schwimmen, probiere mich immer mal wieder an neuen Sportarten (zuletzt das Segeln) und tanze sehr gerne. Ich bin großer Fan von ausgedehnten Kaffeepausen, bei denen über alles und nix geredet wird. Mir wäre es wichtig, dass wir nicht komplett aneinander vorbei leben würden, sondern auch ab und zu was gemeinsam machen. Zum Beispiel ne Runde Volleyball im Park oder mal was Trinken gehen. Aber alles kann, nichts muss.
Typische WG/Haushaltsregeln hatten wir bisher nicht, das heißt wir könnten dann gemeinsam überlegen, wie wir das Zusammenwohnen gestalten möchten.

I'm Cleo, in my 4th semester of biology, but unfortunately I don't have a green thumb.
I go swimming from time to time, try new sports every now and then (most recently sailing) and love to dance. I'm a big fan of extended coffee breaks where we talk about everything and nothing. It would be important to me that we don't completely pass each other by, but do something together from time to time. For example, playing a round of volleyball in the park or going out for a drink. We haven't had any typical shared flat/household rules so far, which means we could then think together about how we would like to organise living together.
