Das Zimmer hat zwei Fenster mit außen Rollos. Es hat ebenfalls 2 Heizkörper. Es ist etwas schmal (~2,66m x ~5,60m) und hat, wie die gesamte Wohnung, Laminat Boden. Die Decke ist ~2,70 m hoch.
Optional kann ein Schrank der vor Mieterin für 30€ übernommen werden.
Bus 70,60 und die Straßenbahn 4 sind in max. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Etwas weiter entfehrnt hat man Anschluss an die Linie 15.
In 5 min kommt man zu einem Rewe, in 10 zu einem Aldi. Wenn man etwas größere Auswahl will ist auch ein Kaufland zu Fuß oder über Linie 4 erreichbar.
In unmittelbarer Nähe finden sich mehrere Dönerläden, Pizzarien und Asiaten
Ich bin 25 und Informatik Student.
Neben dem den beiden Schlafzimmern benutze ich ein Drittes großes Zimmer als gemeinsames Wohnzimmer. Momentan ist es mit einem Fernseher, einer Couch, etc. möbliert , kann natürlich aber noch verändert/erweitert werden.
Obwohl die Küche alles hat was man zum kochen braucht ist sie etwas schmal und mit mehr als zwei Menschen kochen ist etwas nervig.
Wenn du viel Kiffst solltest du dir eine andere Wohnung suchen.
