Hey:)
Da ich nächstes Jahr für 4 Monate auf reisen bin, würde ich in dem Zeitraum vom 11.04.24 - 17.08.24 mein Zimmer untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist 20m2 groß und befindet sich in einer 60m2 großen Wohnung im 3. Stockwerk. Für dein Fahrrad oder sonstiges haben wir einen Kellerraum in dem du alles lagern kannst. Außerdem gibt es einen Innenhof, wo es nochmal die Möglichkeit gibt Fahrräder abzustellen und Wäsche aufzuhängen.
Die Lage ist super zentral mit einer guten Verkehrsanbindung. In 5 min Fußmarsch bist du bei der nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle und dann 6 min mit der Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Uni erreichst du von hier in 15 min Fußmarsch, mit dem Fahrrad sogar noch schneller:)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in allen Richtungen, ob Kaufland, Rewe, Edeka, Konsum, Denns Bio Markt... etc. findest du in 8min Fußmarsch entfernt.
Ab 1.03.24 zieht ebenfalls ein/e neue/r Mitbewohner/in ein. Sodass ihr euch gemeinsam neu einleben könnt.
