Das Zimmer hat einen tollen Blick in den Reudnitzer Park. Es ist im Hochparterre also kann man trotz Erdgeschoss nicht komplett hereinschauen und es steht auch kein Haus gegenüber.
Ich würde dir je nach Ansprache für den Zeitraum der Zwischenmiete einen Großteil der Möbel überlassen. (Garderobe, Kommoden, Tische, Bett, Schränke, Pflanzen und Anlage nach Bedarf)
Die Wohnung ist am Reudnitzer Park der neben dem Lene-Voigt-Park aber deutlich ruhiger ist. Dein potentielles Fenster schaut nach Westen und du bekommst ab Nachmittag eine Menge Sonne ab.
Die Haltestelle Breite Straße ist deine nächste ÖPNV-Anbindung.
In die Innenstadt kommst du mit Rad oder Tram in ca. 10 min.
Die Küche ist Zentrum der WG, wunderbar bestückt und vormittags sonnig.
Im Bad gibt es zur Dusche eine Badewanne.
