Das Zimmer ist 17qm groß und geht zur Holsteinstraße raus. Die Möbel würde ich alle drinlassen (Bett, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Kleiderschrank, zwei Regale).
Die Wohnung insgesamt ist 77qm groß. Es gibt einen großen Flur mit Stauraum, eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine, ein Bad mit Badewanne und einen großen Balkon.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Reudnitz, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Lene-Voigt-Park.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen, bis zu einem Aldi läuft man circa 2 Minuten, bis zu einem Rewe circa 5.
Etwa 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt fährt der Bus 60, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle für die 4 und den Bus 70 ist circa 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man etwa 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt.
In der WG wohnen noch zwei Mitbewohnerinnen.
Johanna ist 18 und macht eine Ausbildung, Annelie ist 23 und studiert in Halle.
Ich mache von Mai bis August ein Auslandssemester und möchte das Zimmer für diese Zeit möbiliert untervermieten. Es wäre auch möglich, nur einen Teil dieser 4 Monate zu vereinbaren.
