Hallo,
da ich (38, Ergotherapeutin) 3 1/2 Wochen in Urlaub fahre möchte ich eins meiner Zimmer gerne für diese Zeit vermieten. Es hat ein Schlafsofa mit Sitzecke, einen Schreibtisch und TV. Es ist schön hell, hat hohe Decken, Stuck und Parkettboden. In Schänken und Regalen mache ich Dir soviel Platz wie Du brauchst. Da ich noch ein zweites Zimmer in der WG bewohne kann der Ein-bzw.Auszugstermin auch noch etwas variabel gestaltet werden (+/- eine Woche). Die 250 Euro Miete sind All ink. (Heizung,Strom, Internet, Kabel-TV, Telefon).
Wir haben eine große Küche mit Balkon und 2 Bädern. Du würdest Dir die Wohnung mit Caro(25, Medizinstudentin im PJ) und Johanna (31, promovierende Biologin) teilen. Die Lage ist ruhig, zwischen dem Lene-Voigt und dem Friedenspark. Zur Uniklinik sind es 5 min zu Fuß, zur Haltestelle Ostplatz(Tram 15, Bus 60) 2 min. In die Innenstadt mit Bahn 5 min, zu Fuß ca. 15 min. Zum Hauptbahnhof 7 min mit der Tram.
Fahrrad kann gegebenenfalls auch ausgeliehen werden.
