Das Zimmer hat ca. 12 qm und ein Fenster zum Südbalkon. Es ist das kleinste Zimmer der Wohnung und wurde von deinen VorgängerInnen bisher sehr geschätzt und zu einem gemütlichen Rückzugsort gemacht. Das Hochbett und der dadrunter befindliche Einbauschrank können nach Absprache übernommen werden.
Zur Wohnung:
Desweiteren befindet sich in der Wohnung eine Küche mit angehängtem Esszimmer als Specialfeature, und sonst ein Bad, ein Flur, zwei Balkone, von dem einen man auf den begrünten Hinterhof blicken kann und von anderem auf die Straße.
Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, E-Herd, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank etc. Alle Zimmer haben Zentralheizung und sind mit modernen Fenstern isoliert. Es gibt einen eigenen Kellerraum, wo auch Fahrräder untergestellt werden können.
Kurzer Hinweis: Es steht aktuell ein Hauptmieterinnenwechsel bei uns an und wir müssen dazu noch einiges mit dem Vermieter klären. Wir können deswegen nicht genau sagen was mit dem Mietverhältnis im Verlauf des nächsten Jahres passiert und können fairerweise das Zimmer erstmal nur bis Ende Januar zusichern. Wenn mit dem Vermieter alles geklärt ist und wir uns gut verstehen, steht aber auch dem gemeinsamen Zusammenwohnen für länger nichts im Weg :)

Room:
The room is 12 sqm and south facing with a shared attached balcony. It is the smallest room in the flat, but very comfortable. It has a bunk bed with a wardrobe below which can be kept for a small fee.
Flat:
The rest of the flat includes a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with an attached dining room. There are two balconies. All the rooms in the flat have central heating.
There is an attic for storage and a basement to store bikes etc.
Short note: There is currently a main tenant change and we still have to clarify some things with the landlord. We can therefore not say exactly what will happen with the tenancy in the course of next year and can thus only fairly guarantee the room until the end of January. If everything is clarified with the landlord and we get along well, nothing stands in the way of us living together for longer :)
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße an einer Art Allee (die nebenbei viele Parkplätze beherbergt). Etwa 5 min zu Fuß gibt es einen Rewe- und einen Aldi-Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke etc. sowie die Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Linien 4, 60 und 70). Mit der Tram ist das Stadtzentrum in 10 min zu erreichen. Ebenso gut erreichbar (5 min mit dem Rad oder Bus) sind der Ostplatz und die naturwissenschaftlichen Universitätsinstitute.

The flat is located in a wonderful neighbourhood in Reudnitz. The street is away from the main road and hence quiet and the street itself is green and beautiful. Supermarkets Rewe and Aldi, pharmacy, bakery, spaeti, tram stops are about 5min walking distance from the flat. The City centre can be reached by tram or bike in 10-15 minutes.
Momentan wohnen wir hier zu viert:
Neeraja ist 32, promoviert am iDiv und ist dafür auch immer wieder für die Feldforschung in Indien unterwegs. Sie ist für die gute Laune in der Wohnung verantwortlich, kocht mit Abstand das beste Essen, zeichnet und hat immer viele Ideen, was man tun kann (und setzt 30% davon um).
Emily (28) arbeitet im Verlag und hat immer gute Geschichten aus ihrem chaotischen Alltag auf Lager. Sie ist Phasenweise sportlich aktiv und weiß immer, was im Kultur- und Nachtleben gerade so abgeht.
Noah (24) hat gerade seinen Master in urbaner Sozialgeographie angefangen. Er findet mit Freunden ein bisschen tipsy durch die Stadt laufen toll, ist gerne unterwegs, genießt es aber auch zuhause zu seien.
Wir sprechen sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch in der WG. Obwohl wir volle und unterschiedliche Tagesabläufe haben, versuchen wir regelmäßig Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. Gerne kann das auch was mit Essen zu tun haben :) Wir wünschen uns, dass die WG ein fröhlicher und entspannter Ort ist, in dem man Miteinander und füreinander da ist, in dem sich jede*r aber auch genauso Zeit und Raum für sich selbst nehmen kann.

Currently we are 4 people in the flat:
Neeraja (32) is an Ecology graduate and is pursuing PhD at iDiv and frequently travels to India for her PhD fieldwork. She enjoys cartooning, cooking and is a fun person to have around.
Emily(28) is working in a publishing agency and has a lot of fun stories to tell from her chaotic everyday life.
She is quite an active person, be it in sports or in exploring culture/new food places/nightlife in town.
Noah (24) has just started his master's degree in urban social geography. He enjoys walking around the city with friends, likes to be out and about, but also enjoys being at home.
We speak both German and English in the WG. We like spending time together whenever possible, cooking, brunching or drinking and just hanging out together.
Meldet euch gerne, am besten schriftlich mit ein bis zwei Sätzen zu eurer Person. :)
