Das Zimmer hat 18m^2 und ist rechteckig geschnitten. Durch zwei Fenster (auf zwei Seiten des Raumes) ist es den ganzen Tag hell. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt circa 220 Euro (inklusive Strom, Internet...).
Die WG: Mit dir wohnen noch zwei ganz liebe Mädels in der WG, die sich dir gern per Nachricht/ bei einem Kennenlernen persönlich vorstellen.
Neben den drei "WG Zimmern" gibt es eine Küche mit einem großen Esstisch und ein Bad mit Dusche. Im Flur ist genug Platz, um Schuhe und Jacken zu verstauen.
Die Lage:
Die WG hat eine super Lage. In 3 Minuten bist du an der Bahn-/ Bushaltestelle, in 4 Minuten am Rewe. Bis zum Aldi läufst du circa 10 Minuten. Auch einen Bäcker, einen Tedi, eine Apotheke und Restaurants/ Döner sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. In der Innenstadt (Augustusplatz) bist du in 10 Minuten.
Weitere Infos:
Die Kaution beträgt 200 Euro. Wir haben im Keller ein Abteil, wo du dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst.
