Biete 18qm Zimmer in heller, geräumiger Wohnung mit Stuck an der Decke, Balkon, Tageslichtbad und Blick auf den Park. Dein Zimmer ist vorne zur Straße raus und wird erstmal mit „Probezeit“ vermietet.
Wohnung befindet sich im 1.OG mit Blick ins Grüne (vorne und hinten). In dem Haus wohnen hauptsächlich junge Familien, die alle sehr nett sind.

Es ist eine 2er WG in einer 3-Zimmer Wohnung. Wir teilen uns eine sehr große, geräumige Wohnung (84qm) mit Bad, Küche, Wohnzimmer und dem großen Balkon. Es sind insgesamt 50 qm Gemeinschaftsfläche.
Ich wohne hier mit Spikey, einem Hunde Opi 🥰 Er ist in der Wohnung sehr entspannt und ruhig. Draussen noch ziemlich flott :) Du müsstest also auch mit ihm zusammen leben wollen und bereit srin auch mal eine Gassi Runde mit ihm drehen zu wollen :)
Ich arbeite Vollzeit (meistens im Büro), bin eine absolute Frühaufsteherin und ein Teejunkie. Suche Mitbewohner*in mir der/dem man auch mal über den Tag spricht oder was zusammen/füreinander kocht. Mir ist ein gutes Miteinander und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme sehr wichtig.
Alles andere können wir gerne beim Kennenlernen besprechen. Keine Sorge, ich habe auch Kaffee ☺️
