Das Zimmer ist zwar das kleinste voll den dreien, aber es hat als einziges das Fesnter hinten raus, wo sich eine wunderschöne Kleingartenanlage befindet. Außerdem befindet sich das Fenster Richtung osten. Ich fand es immer sehr schön von der Morgensonne geweckt zu werden.

The room is the smallest of the appartment, but it has a window looking out the back of the building, where you can see a beautiful lot of small gardens. Aswell as the view, the window looks east. I always found it very nice to be awakened by the morning sunshine.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Parallelstraße der Riebeckstraße.
Du hast es also nicht weit bis zur Straßenbahn. Auch ein REWE und Aldi befinden sich in direkter Nähe.
Zur Uni und zum Zentrum sind es mit der Straßenbahn oder dem Fahrrad etwa 15 min.
In der Nähe befinden sich der Lene-Voirgt Park und der Friedesnpark.
Place
The appartment lies in the middle of a quiet street parallel to the Riebeckstraße. This means you dont have to walk far to catch the tram. There is also a REWE and ALDI very close by. With the tram or a bicycle you can find yourself in the Uni or the city centre in aroun 15 minutes and also in the neighbourhood the Lene-Voirgt Park and the Friedenspark can visited with a quick walk.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Nicolas und Pedro. Sie kommen aus Spanien und Kolumbien und sprechen sehr gut Spanisch Englisch und kommen auch gut mit Deutsch zurecht, da Pedro schon länger hier wohnt. Zur Zeit studieren beide in Leipzig.
Bei uns hat jeder eher sein eigens Leben geführt, aufgrund von verschiedenen Interessen und Aufgaben mit dem Studium.
Am besten du kommst bei uns vorbei und guckst, wie es dir gefällt und lernst Nicolas und Pedro perönlich kennen.
Life in the WG
Your roomates would be Nicolas and Pedro. They come from Spain and Colombia respectively, this means they're both spanish speakers but they also speak englisch with no problems and can handle themselves with german with Pedro having lived in germany for a while. They're both currently studying here in Leipzig and in general we have each pretty much lived our own lives individually due to different interests and responsibilities with studies.
Die Wohnung ist seit dem Jahr 2000 eine WG, deshalb hat sie so ihre Macken. Dafür ist sie sehr günstig.
Du müsstest mir die Kaution von 240€ und einen Abschlag für die Küche von 150€ zahlen.
Dies würdest du aber im falle eines Auszuges auch von deinem Nachmieter wieder bekommen.

The appartment has been a WG since the year 2000, this means it has its little quirks which mostly just make it cheaper. There is a 240 euro deposit plus 150 euro for the kitchen which you would of course receive back in case of you moving out.
