Hallo wir schreiben mal auf Englisch - ihr könnt uns natürlich gerne auf Deutsch anschreiben!
We offer a cozy room of 14 m². It has parquet, central heating, and one window to the street. We can also offer the furniture for free: a desk, a closet , a double bed, a small sofa bed and a shelve. But of course, if you have your own furniture we always can let them in the basement :)
In our flat, there are: central corridor, a beautiful bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a kitchen with everything you need (even a dishwasher!), and a nice balcony facing the south. In total there are 4 rooms, so we have an extra room for doing home office, watch films or in case we have guests. There's a garden which can be used as well, e.g. for a bbq.
The flat is in the east part of Leipzig, in a moderately frequented side street of "Dresdner-Straße" between the tram stations Reudnitz-Köhlerstraße and Gerichtsweg. Via tram (4 or 7) or by bike it takes ~6 min to the city center. Kaufland, Rewe and Aldi are ~5 min walking distance. It is also ~10 min walk from Eisenbahnstr and in the surroundings, you can find restaurants, parks, bars and beer gardens that we hope we can enjoy together!
In our flat, we usually are 3-4 people. As our flatmate finished her master, we sadly have to look for someone to share the flat with us: We are Pablo (24, Spanish) and Maria (32, Spanish).
Pablo is doing an Ausbildung in Pflegefachmann, and Maria is doing her PhD in biodiversity. We all get along well, we like to chat spontaneously or meet up in the kitchen to cook and drink or invite the neighbours to have some beers together. We like to keep certain basic cleanliness (at least in common rooms) and we appreciate it if you have a decent sense for recycling and saving energy/water.
We specified 5th of October but if you need to move earlier or later would be also fine.
The price includes everything: water, electricity, heating, ARD, and internet.
