18,5m² Zimmer mit Westsonne

The flat is located on the Riebeckstraße right at the end of the Lene-Voigt Park. Here you can go for a walk, a Volleyball Game, a small Boulder spot, a soccer area. If u walk two streets to the East you can also find a small skatepark.

The bus and tram stations are just 3min away with a perfect connection to the city center, Südvorstadt, Eisenbahnstraße and Connewitz.
Also grocery shopping will be easy. Rewe is just 5min down the street and there is also Aldi, Penny and Kaufland near by.

You'll be living with the nicest people. Jojo (23) who is studying anthropology and will always bake nice sweets. Judith (21) a social assistant, is always ready for a rave, a true dancing queen and supports BLM. And Pedro (23) our personal WG Jesus, he always finds the fanciest stuff on the street and is probably addicted to Brezeln. Everybody is usually up for cooking together and sitting in the kitches for a few beers, specially on weekends.

However, we would like to find someone who actively participates in the flat-sharing life and enjoys doing stuff together. Open communication is very important to us and we are therefore looking for someone who is willing to address things with us directly and friendly. We have a cleaning schedule and are flexible with it, but we are looking for someone who is independent and does not avoid the normal responsibilities of living in a shared apartment. To accommodate different eating habits, everyone has their own compartment in the fridge and kitchen shelves - but we are always happy to share! :)

Our circle of friends includes a large number of people who did not grow up with German as their mother tongue. Accordingly, we always switch back and forth between all kinds of languages, but mainly speak English together. Of course we are happy if you bring your friends home as well, and we hope you feel comfortable. At the moment we are cautious because of Covid though.


Please be aware that speaking a good amount of German is crucial for the application. We speak generally English in the Flat in our daily life like stated above because our dear Pedro is still learning German but it is important that the person coming in is able to help with Organizational stuff like talking with the land lord or other things for what you will need a good understanding of the German language.

Du wirst mit den nettesten Leuten zusammenleben. Jojo (23), die Ethnologie studiert und immer schöne Süßigkeiten backen wird. Judith (21) macht eine Ausbildung zur Sozialassistentin, ist immer für ein rave start klar ist und sich stark für BLM einsetzt. Pedro () der immer die schicksten Dinge/Klamotten auf der Straße findet und höchstwahrscheinlich eine Sucht für Brezeln entwickelt hat. Alle sind meistens bereit, gemeinsam zu kochen und in der Küche auf ein paar Bier zu quatschen, besonders am Wochenende.

Grundsätzlich wünschen wir uns aber jemand der sich aktiv in das WG Leben einbringt und gern auch Sachen zusammen unternimmt. Uns ist offene Kommunikation sehr wichtig und wir suchen daher jemand der bereit ist Dinge mit uns auch direkt und freundlich anzusprechen. Wir haben einen Putzplan, sind damit flexibel, suchen aber nach jemand der selbstständig ist und sich vor den normalen Verpflichtungen eines WG-Zusammenlebens nicht drückt. Um den unterschiedlichen Essgewohnheiten gerecht zu werden, hat jede/r ein eigenes Fach im Kühlschrank und Küchenregal – es wird aber immer gern zusammengelegt und geteilt! :)

Wir haben einen großen gemeinsamen Freundeskreis, bei dem viele unserer Freunde nicht mit Deutsch als Muttersprache aufgewachsen sind. Dementsprechend wechseln wir immer bunt zwischen allen möglichen Sprachen hin und her, sprechen aber in der WG vor allem viel Englisch zusammen. Wir freuen uns natürlich auch sehr, wenn du deine Freunde mit nach Hause bringst und hoffen du fühlst dich wohl. Momentan sind wir wegen Corona jedoch vorsichtig

Bitte beachte dass ein generelles Verständnis von der Deutschen Sprache vorausgesetzt ist. Wie oben schon gesagt reden wir im Alltag in der WG meist Englisch, doch ist es wichtig dass die neue Mitbewohnerin uns mit organisatorischen Aufgaben helfen kann, z.B. Kontakt mit der Hausverwaltung etc. :)

For the moment, we would like to get to know each other outside and then also offer a tour around the apartment with mask and distance. Also we can't start to meet you before the 10.01.22 because Pedro is currently in spain and enjoying the sun.

Wenn du Interesse an dem Zimmer hast, schreibe gern eine Nachricht mit ein paar Sätzen über dich und ob du am großen oder vlt doch eher kleinem Zimmer interessiert bist.

Das Kennenlernen würden wir im Moment gern draußen veranstalten und dann auch die Wohnung mit Maske und Abstand kurz besichtigen. Achso und wir können dich erst ab dem 10.01.22 kennen lernen, da Pedro momentan die spanische Sonne genießt.
