Es gibt 3 Zimmer. Eins ist dein Rückzugsort in dem aber nur ein Bett und ein Kleiderschrank drin ist. Ansonsten ist das Wohnzimmer sehr einladend für gemeinsame Spiele- oder Filmabende. Küche und Wohnzimmer ist in einem Raum.
Bis zur Bahnhaltestelle läuft man 2 min. Zum Zentrum sind es zu Fuß nur 15 min oder mit der Bahn zwei Haltestellen zum Augustusplatz. Zum einkaufen gibt es ein Rewe, Kaufland und einen Biomarkt gleich in der Nähe.
Mein Mitbewohner ist pflegeleicht, sehr nett und ist immer bereit zum kochen oder spiele spielen. Ab und an ist er dann auch mal arbeiten.
Ansonsten schreib mir gern oder ruf mich an wenn du Interesse hat und wir machen einen Termin für eine Besichtigung und zum kennenlernen aus :-)
