Zimmer frei im September in schöner und netter WG

Die Lage ist super. Wir wohnen in Reudnitz, Uni und Innenstadt sind sehr nah, aber auch in den Süden und an die Eisenbahnstraße kommt man dank der zentralen Lage sehr fix. Das Viertel selbst ist auch nice mit Lene und Friedenspark um die Ecke und Imbissen, Spätis und ein paar Kneipen. Vor der Haustür fährt direkt die Straßenbahnlinie 4 und die Busse 60 und 70. Supermärkte und so dies und das gibts natürlich auch.

The location is great. We live in Reudnitz, university and city center are very close, but you can also get to the south and to Eisenbahnstraße very quickly thanks to the central location. The neighborhood itself is also nice with Lene and Friedenspark around the corner and snack bars, Spätis and a few pubs. The streetcar line 4 and buses 60 and 70 leave directly from the front door. Supermarkets and so this and that are of course also available.

Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander und sind eine gemeinschaftliche WG. Im September sind wir teilweise selber nicht da, deshalb ist das mit dem Zeit verbringen nicht super wichtig. Wenn wir alle zuhause sind und Bock haben, was zusammen zu machen - voll cool. Wenn nicht und Du einfach nur einen Monat lang deine Ruhe haben willst - auch okay.

Wir sind allerdings eine feministische WG, Dinge wie Wohnung putzen, Müll rausbringen, machen selbstverständlich alle, die in der Wohnung wohnen und wenn du ein Macker bist oder sonst auch noch nie übers Patriachat nachgedacht hast, such dir eine andere Zwichenmiete.

Auch wenns nur für einen Monat ist, ist uns eine gute Kommunikation mit Absprachen wichtig.

We like to spend time together and are a communal shared apartment. In September, we are partly not there ourselves, so spending time together is not super important. If we are all at home and have Bock to do something together - totally cool. If not and you just want to have a month of peace and quiet - also okay.

But we are a feminist flat-sharing community, things like cleaning the apartment, taking out the garbage are of course done by everyone who lives in the apartment and if you are a mack or have never thought about patriarchy, look for another intermediate rent.

Even if it is only for a month, a good communication with agreements is important to us.

In der Miete ist alles enthalten (Internet und Strom).
Bei uns ist kein Platz für rechtes, sexistisches, rassistisches, verschwurbeltes oder sonstwie diskriminierendes Gedankengut.
