wir sind ne super nette 5er WG im Leipziger Osten. Ab Dezember suchen wir eine neue Person, die bei uns einziehen möchte, weil unser liebes Mitbewohni Masi uns verlässt. Über das Einzugsdatum können wir aber auch gerne reden, wir sind (ein bisschen) flexibel.
Das Zimmer, das frei wird, hat ca. 12 qm und einen eigenen kleinen Balkon zum Norden raus. Außerdem gibt es ein eingebautes Hochbett, das sich zum Schlafen runterziehen und tagsüber nach oben schieben lässt - mit der top Konstruktion hast du am Ende doch ein ganz geräumiges Zimmer.

Hey you,
we are a super nice 5 people flat in the east of Leipzig. From December on, we are looking for a new person to move in with us because our lovely flat mate Masi is leaving us. We can discuss the date of moving as we are (a bit) flexible.
The vacant room measures about 12 square metres and has its own little balcony facing north. There is a built-in bunk bed that can be pulled down for sleeping and pushed up during the day. With that construction the room is quite spacious afterall.
Busverbindung vor der Haustür und die nächste Tram ist keine 5min entfernt, die wiederrum 12min bis zum Leipziger Hbf braucht. Aldi, Rewe Apotheke sind ebenfalls in unter 5min erreichbar. Das Haus steht zu 3 Seiten frei und ist von diesen mit Gärten, Park und Grünflächen umgeben, sodass du keine Häuserwand direkt gegenüber hast.
In unserer Wohnküche kommen wir gerne mal zum Kochen oder Quatschen oder Fernsehen zusammen und auf unserem Südbalkon (!) kannst du dich selbst im Winter manchmal noch bräunen. Wir teilen alles, Ausgaben und Aufgaben im Haushalt.
Wir haben unterschiedliche Alltage und sind alle mit eigenen Sachen busy, sind aber definitiv keine Zweck-WG. Wenn du also Bock auf Gemeinschaft hast und auch längerfristig ein Zuhause suchst, bist du bei uns richtig.
Hier wohnen:
Antonia studiert im 7. Semester Digital Humanities, arbeitet Teilzeit in der Kneipe und nimmt ihr Album auf.
Hanna studiert gerade an zwei Unis und ist in der restlichen Zeit entweder am Tanzen, Nähen, Dolmetschen oder Plasma spenden.
Joshua ist enthusiastischer Bibgänger. Ansonsten verbringt er seine Zeit mit Karten spielen und dem stundenlangen Gucken von Basketball-Videos auf Youtube
Socke mag Kochen (vegan), Punkrock, politischen Aktivismus und Kampfsport. Seine übrige Lebenszeit tauscht er gegen Geld als Sozialarbeiter.
Manchmal kommt auch die Hauskatze auf einen Besuch bei uns vorbei, wär also toll, wenn du keine Allergie hast!

In our kitchen we like to come together for cooking, talking or watching TV and on our big balcony facing south you can even sometimes get a tan in the winter. We share everything, costs and tasks in the household.
We do have different daily routines and are busy with our own stuff but we are definitely not just a functional shared flat. So if you are looking for a community and long-term home, you're at the right place.
Living here right now:
Antonia is in her 7th semester of studying Digital Humanities, works in a bar part time and is recording her album right now.
Hanna ist studying at two unis at the moment und spends the rest of her time either dancing, sewing, translating or donating plasma.
Joshua is an enthusiastic library goer. Apart from that, he spends his time playing cards or watching basketball videos on youtube for hours.
Socke likes cooking (vegan), Punkrock, political Aktivism and Martial Arts. He trades the rest of his life for money as a social worker.
Sometimes the house cat pays us a visit so it would be great if you don't have any allergies!
