Gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer in einer schönen Altbau Wohnung. Das Zimmer ist recht groß, hat zwei Fenster und einen Heizkörper. Es liegt zur Straße hin, die aber sehr unbefahren und daher sehr ruhig ist.
Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Tisch, zwei Sofas und sogar einem Beamer.
Cozy Room in a beautiful flat. The room is quite big with two windows and a heater. It's street-exposed but very calm. The room has all needed furniture including a bed, a closet, a table, two couchs and even a projector.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr praktisch in der ruhigen Cichoriusstraße, 2 min. Fußweg zur Bus/Tram Haltestelle 'Breite Straße'. Von dort ist man mit den Öffis in 10 min. am HBF. Es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 min. Fußweg entfernt.
The flat is conveniently located in Cichorius street, 2 min. far from Busstop 'Breite Straße' from where it takes you 10 min. to the main station. There're several stores within a 5 min. walking distance.
Die WG ist sehr belebt, es wird viel Zeit zusammen verbracht, jeden Tag gekocht und es kommen immer mal Freund*innen vorbei. Es gibt einen schönen Balkon, auf dem man viele Sonnenstunden verbringen kann. Das WG-Leben ist aber vor allem eins: flexibel. Also wenn du lieber deine Ruhe hast, ist das auch völlig egal. Es wird zusammen eingekauft (ca. 30€ pro Woche) und jede/r sollte sich am Putzen und Aufräumen beteiligen, es gibt aber keinen Putzplan.
Du wirst zusammen mit Annetta, Bela und Simon wohnen. Annetta studiert soziale Arbeit, Bela steht grade vor ihrem Jura Referendariat und Simon beginnt im Februar einen PhD in der Umweltwirtschaft. Simon zieht jetzt auch erst zum Februar neu ein und ist der Partner von Bela.
The flat community is very active with loads od shared time, daily cooking and frequent visits by friends. There's a wonderful balcony with lots of sunlight. But in general life in this flat is very flexible and you can integrate yourself in your own ways and as much as you want. Shoppings are shared with a weekly contribution of around 30€ and participation in cleaning and so on is desired. But there's no fixed plan, no dogma to this.
You'll live together with Annetta, Bela und Simon. Annetta studies social work, Bela studies Law and Simon will start his PhD in ecological economics. Simon will move in the flat in February, he is Bela's partner.
