Ich vermiete für den März mein Zimmer in Reudnitz unter!
Es ist 19qm groß und die Fenster zeigen zur Südseite, weshalb es auch im Winter nicht zu dunkel ist. Es geht zur Straße hinaus, diese ist allerdings sehr ruhig, vor allem nachts hört man kaum etwas von draußen.
Es ist für den gesamten März frei, der Zeitraum kann aber auch ein wenig variiert werden.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer mit einem Regal, einer Kleiderstange, Kommode, Bett, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Nachttisch, einer Truhe, Sessel, Teppich und Lampe darin. Meine persönlichen Sachen habe ich weggeräumt, du kannst dich ansonsten also voll ausbreiten. Zwei Pflanzen von mir sind auch noch da, es wäre mir eine große Freude, wenn sie den Monat überleben ;)
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Bäder, zwei weitere Zimmer und eine große Wohnküche, die zum gemeinsamen Zeitvertreib einlädt. Es gibt auch einen Gemeinschaftsgarten hinter dem Haus, im März könnte der aber noch ein bisschen trist aussehen.
In den 300€ sind Strom, Internet, GEZ und alles drum und dran bereits enthalten.
The room is 19sqm and the windows are facing south, which means there is light coming in even during the winter. The room is facing towards the street, but it is a very quiet area and especially during the night you rarely ever hear anything from outside.
It's available for March, but the exact dates can be varied a little bit if you want.
I will leave a shelf, a clothes rail, a dresser, the bed and nightstand, desk and chair, an armchair, a rug and lamps inside. I took all my personal belongings with me, so you'll have a lot of space for your stuff. There's also two plants left in the room, I'd be very happy if they survived the month ;)
The flat has two bathrooms, two more bedrooms and a big kitchen that is really nice for spending time with others!
The price is 300€ all bills like internet, electricity and heating already included.
In der Umgebung der Wohnung mitten in Reudnitz findest du alles, was du zum Leben in Leipzig brauchst: Kaufland, Penny und verschiedene Spätis sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, genau wie der Lene-Park und reudnitzer Park. Außerdem gibt es viele Bars und Cafés in der Nähe. Ins Zentrum braucht es mit dem Fahrrad weniger als 10 Minuten, Bahn und Busse fahren quasi direkt vor der Haustür in fast alle Richtungen.
In the area of the flat in Reudnitz you can find everything you need for living in Leipzig: two different supermarkets and several kiosks as well as parks, bars and cafés are only a few minutes walking distance away. It takes you less than 10 minutes to reach the city center if you cycle, the tram and different buses leave in almost all directions only two minutes away from the flat.
Du wirst mit drei weiteren Menschen zusammenwohnen, die ebenfalls zur Zwischenmiete bis April in der Wohnung bleiben, da zufällig auch meine beiden Mitbewohner im März nicht in Leipzig sein werden.
Das Zimmer neben deinem teilen sich zwei Frauen, die beide in Freiburg Medizin studieren und ebenfalls für einen Monat in der Wohnung bleiben. Das dritte Zimmer ist bereits seit Februar an einen Mann vermietet, der aus Bulgarien kommt und gerade einen Deutschkurs besucht.
Die Wohnung soll auf jeden Fall ein sicherer Ort frei von Rassissmus, Sexismus, Klassismus etc. bleiben, bitte keine Cops oder Nazis!
You will share the apartment with three more people who are also staying short-term until April because my two other flatmates are also subletting their rooms.
The room next to yours will be shared by two women from Freiburg, Germany, they are staying in the apartment for one month as well. The third room is already rented to a man from Bulgaria who is currently taking German classes.
We want the flat to be a safe space free from racism, sexism, classism ect., no cops or nazis please!
