Das Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss Richtung Straße, direkt am Park. Es ist 17 qm groß und unmöbliert. Die Wand kann je nach Absprache grau bleiben oder gestrichen werden.
The room is on the ground floor with windows to the street. Its right next to the park. The size is 17 qm and there is no furniture. The wall can stay gray or be painted over.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Lene-Voigt-Park. Mit 7 Minuten zu Fuß sind ein Rewe, ein Kaufland und ein Penny sowie verschiedenste Öffi-Stationen gelegen.
Der Park ist im Sommer sehr belebt (Party undso lol). Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 11 Minuten und mit der Bahn in 19 Minuten im Zentrum. Im Stadtteil gibt es einige schöne Cafés, Dönerbuden und Spätis.
The flat is right next to the Lene-Voigt-Park. Within 7 minutes you can reach a Rewe, Kaufland and Penny as well as public transportation. In the summer the park is pretty busy, theres some parties happening there.
By bike it takes you 11 minutes and with public tranportation it takes up to 19 minutes to reach the city center.
In Reudnitz there are some nice cafés as well as Döner and Spätis.

In der WG leben Annika und Moritz :D
Annika studiert im 6. Semester Bachelor Psychologie und ist immer busy, kocht aber auch gerne in der WG und chillt im Park.
Moritz macht grade sein Fachabitur Gesundheit und Soziales und macht ein Praktikum in der Wohnungslosenhilfe.
Beide machen wir hobbymäßig Musik. Wir machen beide nicht viel Party und hängen meistens lieber.
Wir suchen jemanden, der politisch eher links orientiert und queer-freundlich ist, das ist non-negotiable :)

Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine und Trockner für das Haus, Wäschemarken kosten 2€ das Stück.
Es gibt einen Innenhof mit Wäschespinne und Sitzgelegenheiten. Dort kann man Fahrräder abstellen.
In the cellar theres a washer and dryer for the house. A laundry coin costs 2€ a piece. Theres an inner court with seating. You can leave your bike there.
