Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4.OG ohne Aufzug, aber dafür sehr zentral im Leipziger Westen gelegen.

- Sportmöglichkeiten 10min (Kosmos Boulderhalle, Tanzzentrale)

- Wald: Clara-Zetkin-Park/Volkspark Kleinzschocher/Auwald in 5min zu erlaufen

- Abends weggehen: Besser Leben, Subbotnik, Karl-Heine-Straße & Elipamanoke um die Ecke

The flat is on the 4th floor without lift, but very centrally located in the west of Leipzig.

Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich neu!

In der WG verbleibt:
- Peter, 32, studiert im Master Psychologie (Uni LE), arbeitet Teilzeit am DBFZ (erneuerbare Energien), verbringt seine Freizeit am liebsten mit Klettern/Bouldern. Geht gelegentlich abends weg (Techno, Bars etc.), trifft sich häufiger mit Freunden, trinkt gerne viel Kaffee und ist seit ca. 7 Jahren in Leipzig. Interesse an neuen Menschen, Sprachen, Essen, Kulturen und Erfahrungen.

Neu in der WG ab Juli:
- Pauline, 24, Sie wohnt seit 5 Jahren in Leipzig und hat in dieser Zeit ihren Bachelor in Geographie gemacht. Nach einer kleinen Weltreise war sie ebenfalls auf Wohnungssuche und hat hier ihr neues Zuhause gefunden. Sie fährt gerne mit dem Fahrrad durch die Leipziger Wälder, spielt Frisbee im Park, malt und bastelt so allerhand, geht ab und an mal bouldern und nachts vielleicht auf einen Rave. Sie freut sich auf ein entspanntes und gesellschaftliches Zusammenleben.

Wir suchen eine Person, die das Zusammenleben aktiv mitgestalten möchte, da alleine wohnen langweilig ist. Dabei ist uns wichtig, dass Humor, Toleranz, Kommunikation und Verlässlichkeit ihren Platz finden. Es sollte ein Interesse da sein, länger in Leipzig zu bleiben. Eure Freunde und Partner*innen sind immer willkommen, wobei die WG auch Ruhepol und Rückzugsort sein darf, sodass megalaute Menschen und Hobby-DJ´s eher weitersuchen sollten.

Politischer Grundkonsens ist links-grün. Wir sind offen für gemeinsame Koch-Aktionen, Spieleabende oder sonstige WG-Aktivitäten. Keine Zweck-WG.

Wenn ihr euch als eigenverantwortliche, sozial-aufgeschlossene und optimistische Mitbewohner*Innen einschätzt, die Bock haben ein neues gemeinsames Kapitel aufzuschlagen, dann meldet euch gern :)

PS: Bis vor kurzem waren wir Teil einer Solawi ("Rote Beete") , falls daran Interesse besteht, können wir uns gemeinsam darum kümmern.

Life in the flat-sharing community is changing!

Remaining in the WG:
- Peter, 32 years young, studies psychology in his Master's degree (University of LE), works part-time at the DBFZ (sustainability), likes to spend his free time climbing/bouldering. Goes out occasionally in the evening (techno, bars, etc.), meets friends more often, likes to drink a lot of coffee and has been in Leipzig for about 7 years. Interested in new people, languages, food, cultures and experiences.

New in the WG from July:
- Pauline, She has been living in Leipzig for 5 years and has done her Bachelor in Geography during this time. After a short trip around the world, she was also looking for a flat and has found her new home here. She enjoys cycling through Leipzig's forests, playing frisbee in the park, painting and doing all kinds of handicrafts, going bouldering now and then and maybe going to a rave at night. She looks forward to a relaxed and social life together.

We are looking for a person who would like to actively shape our life together, as living alone is boring. It is important to us that humour, tolerance, communication and reliability find their place. There should be an interest in staying longer in Leipzig. Your friends and partners are always welcome, but the flat-sharing community can also be a haven of peace and a place of retreat, so mega-loud people and hobby DJs should look further afield (families in the house).

The basic political consensus is left-green. We are open to joint cooking activities, games evenings or other flat-sharing activities. Not a purpose-built flat-share.

PS: Until recently, we were part of a solawi ("Rote Beete"), if there is interest, we can take care of it together.

Neben der Miete und Kaution wäre eine Abschlagszahlung von ca. 180€ pro Person zu zahlen, da einige Möbel hier bleiben (Küche, Herd, Waschmaschine, Schränke etc.), die von allen genutzt werden.

Die Vermietung verlangt so einiges an Dokumenten (Mietschuldenfreiheit etc.), was nervig ist, wobei wir Dir aber gerne helfen können.

Wir planen die Besichtigungen/Kennenlernen zeitnah an einem Donnerstag/Freitag-Abend durchzuführen.

Schreibt dazu ein paar Sätze über euch (1) , welche Vorstellungen ihr vom Zusammenleben habt 2) , ab wann ihr einziehen könntet (3) und ob es Haushaltsgegenstände gibt (z.B. Geschirrspüler, Staubsauger), die ihr plant mitzubringen (4). Das ist natürlich keine Voraussetzung, die Chemie im Gespräch muss einfach passen

In addition to the rent and deposit, a down payment of approx. 180€ per person would have to be paid, as some furniture will stay here (kitchen, cooker, washing machine, cupboards etc.), which will be used by everyone.

Renting requires quite a bit of documentation (no rental debt, etc.), which is annoying, but I can help you with that.

I plan to do the viewings/get-to-know-you in the last week of June/first week of July, so feel free to get in touch via email.

Please write a few sentences about yourselves (1) , what your ideas are about living together are 2) when you could move in (3) and if there are any household items (e.g. dishwasher, hoover) you plan to bring (4). Of course, this is not a prerequisite, the chemistry in the conversation just has to fit.
