The apartment is located in the 4th floor without elevator, but very centrally located in the west of Leipzig.

- Sports facilities 10min (Kosmos Boulderhalle, Tanzzentrale)

- Forest: Clara-Zetkin-Park/Volkspark Kleinzschocher/Auwald to run in 5min

- Go away in the evening: Better life, Subbotnik, Karl-Heine-Straße & Elipamanoke around the corner

- Cafés: Jimmy-Orpheus, Roots etc. around the corner

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4.OG ohne Aufzug, aber dafür sehr zentral im Leipziger Westen gelegen.

Since Anne goes to Hamburg for 3 months for an internship, we are looking for a(n) great, new roommate(s) to rent!

Stay in the WG:
- Peter, 33, studies psychology and just finished writing his master thesis. Things that inspire him: Climbing/Bouldering (outside), laying up/producing (Techno/House) as well as festivals, good coffee, table tennis, going to the lake (summer) or sauna (winter).

- Bruno, 26 studied physics and is looking for a job soon. E likes to jump out a lot (e.g. Cossi) or hangs with friends, is occasionally encountered at festivals or techno/psy parties, like to make acrobatics, Lindy hopping, climbing on trees and penguins. It is as good as anything to inspire and likes to experience new things...

We are looking for a person who wants to actively shape living together, because living alone is boring. It is important to us that humour, tolerance, communication and reliability find their place. Your friends and partners are always welcome, while the WG also rests and
It may be a retreat.

We are open to joint cooking activities, game evenings or other WG activities. No purpose WG.

There is a cleaning plan and occasionally also WG-Plena to talk importantly.

Da Anne für 3 Monate für ein Praktikum nach Hamburg geht, suchen wir eine(n) tolle, neue(n) Mitbewohner(in) zur Untermiete!

In der WG bleiben wohnen werden:
- Peter, 33 , studiert Psychologie und hat gerade seine Masterarbeit fertig geschrieben. Dinge, die ihn begeistern: Klettern/Bouldern (draußen), Auflegen/Produzieren (Techno/House) sowie Festivals, guter Kaffee, Tischtennis, an den See fahren (Sommer) oder Sauna (Winter).

- Bruno, 26, hat Physik studiert und sucht sich bald erstmal einen Job. E springt gerne viel draußen rum (z.B. Cossi) oder hängt mit Freund*innen ab, ist hin und wieder auf Festivals oder Techno/Psy Partys anzutreffen, mag gerne basteln, Akrobatik, Lindy hoppen, auf Bäume klettern und Pinguine. Er ist für so gut wie alles zu begeistern und erlebt gerne neue Sachen...

Wir suchen eine Person, die das Zusammenleben aktiv mitgestalten möchte, da alleine wohnen langweilig ist. Dabei ist uns wichtig, dass Humor, Toleranz, Kommunikation und Verlässlichkeit ihren Platz finden. Eure Freunde und Partner*innen sind immer willkommen, wobei die WG auch Ruhepol und
Rückzugsort sein darf.

Wir sind offen für gemeinsame Koch-Aktionen, Spieleabende oder sonstige WG-Aktivitäten. Keine Zweck-WG.

Es gibt einen Putzplan und gelegentlich auch WG-Plena um wichtiges zu bequatschen.
