Das Zimmer ist über 20qm groß, durch ein großes Dachfenster und eine Glastür sehr hell und hat Zugang zu einem schönen großen Dachbalkon. Es ist mit Schrank, Bett, Tisch, Sitzecke und Regal ausgestattet. In der gesamten Wohnung ist helles Laminat verlegt und das Bad hat eine Badewanne.
Die Wohnung ist Mitten in Schleußig nahe des Parks, des Kanals, verschiedener Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bahnhaltestellen. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen und man hat einen fantastischen Blick über die Dächer Schleußigs. Zum Zentrum fährt man mit dem Fahrrad etwa 10 Minuten über die Sachsenbrücke durch den Clara-Zetkin-Park. Ich liebe das!
