ZIMMERTAUSCH Ich suche für die Zeit vom 3.-10. September 2022 eine Unterkunft in München. Biete dafür das Gästezimmer in unserer sehr schönen Altbau-Wohnung im grünen Stadtteil Schleußig an zum bewohnen zu einem Zeitpunkt Deiner Wahl, auch so für etwa 7 Tage (plus/minus).
Das Gästezimmer hat ungefähr 12 qm. Ein Schlafsofa, Schrank, Regal & Tisch - also alles, was du brauchst. Du kannst unsere Küche mit benutzen, das Bad natürlich, die Balkone, den Garten und ein Gästefahrrad haben wir auch.
Ich bin 49, Regisseurin, und wohne hier mit meinem 18jährigen Sohn.
Wir sind es gewohnt, mit Menschen zusammen zu leben, die achtsam sind und freundlich ;)
Wir haben eine Katze.
Keine Party-People, ist ein Familienhaus.

Gute Verkehrsanbindung, mit dem Fahrrad gehts durch den Park in die Stadt in 10-15 Minuten.
