Es sind 2 Zimmer frei. Das eine hat 12qm und das andere 14qm. Beide haben hohe Decken und befinden sich im 2.OG in einem sanierten Altbau. Außerdem gibt es ein Tageslichtbad und einen Balkon nach Westen. Auch gibt es eine neue Küche und Spül-und Waschmaschine. Einzugsdatum ist flexibel. Die Preisangaben sind für das 14qm Zimmer und für das 12qm Zimmer inkl. Nebenkosten (auch Strom/wlan) sind es 277€.

Die Brockhausstraße ist ruhig, aber es gibt in Schleußig und Plagwitz viele kleine Cafes, Restaurants, Parks und Lebensmittelläden in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ich bin Lilli, ich bin 20 und ich studiere Soziale Arbeit bald im 4. Semester. Ich ziehe neu nach Schleußig und suche nun zwei neue Mitbewohni für eine 3er Wg. Ich habe bisher auch in einer WG gewohnt und würde mich freuen, wenn wir uns gut verstehen und ab und zu gemeinsam abhängen, diskutieren, kochen (vegetarisch/vegan) oder etwas unternehmen. Alles kann nix muss ist hier das Motto :)

Wir können gerne videocallen oder verabreden und gucken, wie es passt :) Ich bin auf Whatsapp oder Telegram erreichbar aber auch hier auf WG-gesucht. Ich freu mich, bis dann !!
