Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von ca. 15m², quatdratisch geschnitten. Es ist unmöbliert, ein Kleiderschrank kann aber übernommen werden. Das Fenster blickt nach Westen, gegenüber liegt eine Grundschule, daher gibt es vormittags Pausenlärm (bei geschlossenem Fenster kaum bemerkbar).
Die WG hat einen kleinen Balkon, Wasch- und Spülmaschine in der Küche und genug Platz, um zu viert oder zu fünft zusammen zu sitzen. Etwas mehr Platz ist im Gemeinschaftsraum, da haben wir ein paar Sofas und einen Beamer stehen :-). Ein Kellerabteil gibt es auch.
Vierbeiner, zumindest Hunde und Katzen, können wir leider nicht aufnehmen in die WG.

The room is approximately 15m² in size and has a square shape. It is unfurnished, but a closet for clothes can be provided. The window faces west, there is a primary school opposite, so there can be some noise during breaks in the morning (hardly noticeable when the window is closed).
The shared apartment has a small balcony, washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen and enough space for four or five people to sit together. There is a little more space in the common room, where we have a few sofas and a projector :-). There is also a cellar for bikes and stuff.
Unfortunately, we cannot host four-legged companions, at least not cats or dogs.
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig an einer Nebenstraße. Der Mariannenpark ist ca 500m entfernt, 300m bis zum REWE, 250m bis zur Linie 1. Mit dem Rad ist man in 15 min am Hauptbahnhof (Andere Mitbewohner meinen allerdings eher 20-25 min, wenn man vernünftig bis gemütlich fährt).

Wir sind eine vier-köpfige WG in Schönefeld mit Menschen im Alter von 30-44 Jahren und suchen einen vierten Mitbewohner.
Wir sind alle eher nicht-extrovertierte Typen, aber immer zu guten Gesprächen über unsere Interessen oder Themen rund um den aktuellen Zustand der Welt bereit. Wir alle haben einen Job (oder ähnliches :-) ) und sind auf keinen Fall eine Party-WG. Wir kochen/backen ab und zu zusammen, trinken ein Bier, spielen Karten und schauen ab und zu Filme an der Wand. Die gemeinsame Sprache ist überwiegend Englisch. Wir haben auch einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit einem Projektor und einen kleinen Garten in der Nähe der Wohnung als Ergänzung.
Was wir wirklich schätzen können, ist eine selbstbewusste und respektvoll kommunikative Person, idealerweise eine friedliche Präsenz, die zur aktuellen Harmonie beiträgt.
Im Idealfall suchen wir jemanden für länger der auch Bock auf ein Miteinander hat.

We are a four-person (5 room) shared apartment in Schönefeld with people aged 30-44 and are looking for a fourth roommate.
We are all rather non-extrovert types, but always up for good conversations over our interests or topics related to the current state of the world. All of us have jobs (or something similar :-) ) and definitely not fans of big parties in the apartment. We cook/ bake together every now and then, drink a beer, play cards and watch movies on the wall from time to time. The shared language is mostly English. We also have a common room with a projector and a near-apartment small garden as an add on.
What we can really appreciate is a self-aware and respectfully communicative person, ideally a peaceful presence that adds to the current harmony.
Ideally, we're looking for someone who is interested in being together for a longer period of time.

Bin ein ruhiger Mensch und mit 44 Jahren zur Zeit der ältestet in der WG. Ich arbeite Teilzeit als Softwareentwickler. In meiner Freizeit mache ich viel und mit Leidenschaft Musik an der Gitarre. Bin ab und zu in Schweden, da meine Freundin zur Zeit dort wohnt. Ab Juli/August ziehe mit meiner Freudin in eine eigene Wohnung, so dass das Zimmer ab Mitte Juli frei sein wird.

I'm more comfortable in English (although I'd often understand you in German). I'm 30 years old, working remotely in the commercial team of a medical AI company. Next to my work, I watch movies, read & write (humanities-related topics), and play music as hobbies. Sometimes in the week, I'd be out of the appartment, staying at my girlfriend's or vice versa. We also have a garden and look for a third person for sharing its toils and joys. I often have my introvert times, but I'm also a fan of meaningful and attentive conversations.

34, Doktorand am UFZ im... sagen wir, indeterminalen Terminalstadium. Bin in der Freizeit viel im Garten, aber auch am PC. Habe mir in letzter Zeit ein bissl ein Backhobby zugelegt. Ab und zu ne Radtour, gerne mal ein Spieleabend. Aber hauptsächlich der Garten. Wenn ihr bis hierhin gelesen habt, bitte "Gewürzluike" in eure Nachricht packen :-).
Idealerweise suchen wir Leute, die als Hauptmieter mit einziehen wollen. Bissl mehr administratives Gefrickel, aber langfristig stabiler.
