Das Zimmer ist mit ca. 11 qm sehr überschaubar. Ein Hochbett im Zimmer sorgt trotzdem für ausreichend Platz.
Es gibt ein Fenster mit Blick auf den Stannebeinplatz (Osten), durch das das Zimmer Vormittags viel Sonne abbekommt.
Das Hochbett soll im Zimmer stehen bleiben, die Ablöse dafür liegt bei 150€

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Stannebeinplatz, die nächste Haltestelle ist ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Dort fahren die Linien 1, 70, 77 und 90. Man schafft es in ca. 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, nach Reudnitz sind es ca. 15 Minuten und in den Süden sind es ca. 25 Minuten.
Ein Netto ist ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt und der nächste Rewe 2 Haltestellen.
Außerdem befindet sich die WG direkt am Mariannenpark. Dieser bietet viele Grünflächen und Tischtennisplatten
Das Leben in der WG ist recht unkompliziert.
