Ich gehe für 8 Monate nach Griechenland und suche für die Zeit einen Zwischenmieter für mein WG-Zimmer. Mein Zimmer ist voll Möbeliert und Ausgestattet (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, ect.). Ich werde den Großteil der Schränke ausräumen, damit genug Platz da ist. Es kann alles genutzt werden (WLAN, küchenzubehör, Waschmaschine, trockner, netflix/disney+, ect.), insgesamt würde ich pro Monat für das Zimmer 400€ beziehen.
Die Zwischenmiete muss nicht genau von Juni bis Oktober sein, es können auch kürzere Abschnitte vereinbart werden.
Es können keine Möbel mitgebracht werden!
-5min zu Fuß befinden sich Rewe, Netto, diverse Döner Läden, Post, späti, Haltestellen, ein park ect.
-Linie 1 fährt in 12min zum Hbf
Mein Mitbewohner Simon ist sehr aufgeschlossen und unkompliziert. Jeder kümmert sich gleichermaßen um den Haushalt und es kann offen über alles geredet werden. Wir würden uns zusammen treffen, damit Ihr Simon auch kennenlernen könnt :)
