Da ich für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehe, vermiete ich mein Zimmer in Leipzig Schönefeld unter.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Bad, eine selbstgebaute Küche und ist allgemein sehr angenehm.
Das Zimmer kann je nach Absprache möbiliert oder unmöbiliert vermietet werden.
Bei der Dauer bin ich auch ein relativ flexibel, solange es circa Juni, Juli ist.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Schönefeld, einen Steinwurf vom Mariannenpark entfernt. Die nächste Tram/Bushaltestelle ist auch nicht weit entfernt (Stannebeinplatz), mit der 1 kommt man dann z.B. entspannt Richtung Uni/Hbf etc.
Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es einige in der Nähe (Konsum, Netto, Rewe).
Ansonsten ist es ziemlich ruhig hier, zur Eisenbahnstraße sind es jedoch nur ein paar Gehminuten.
Du würdest mit Lilèn (23) zusammen wohnen, die super nett und entspannt ist und als Krankenschwester arbeitet.

I'll be abroad for half a year, so i let my room in Leipzig Schönefeld. The flat has a big bathroom, a nice kitchen and is very pleasant overall. The room can be rented furnished or (almost) unfurnished depending on your preferences. As long as it's aroud June/July i'm flexible in terms of the rental period as well.
The flat is located in Schönefeld, near the Mariannenpark. The next tram/busstop is Stannebeinplatz, from where you can easily come to uni/central. There a different supermarkets around and the Eisenbahnstraße is not far away as well (where you can find different bars, restaurants etc.).
My flatmate's called Lilèn (23) and works as a nurse.
