6er WG in Wohnprojekt sucht Zuwachs für 2 Zimmer: 10m² & 16m² :)

Hi Hi,
wir suchen derzeit nach zwei neuen MitbewohnerInnen (FLINTA's bevorzugt) für unsere 6er WG in einem Hausprojekt im Leipziger Osten.
Wir sind ein kollektiv verwaltetes Hausprojekt und organisieren uns etagenübergreifend auf insgesamt drei Stockwerken. Unsere Gruppe besteht derzeit aus 17 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern.
Es ist wichtig, dass du Interesse hast, dich in Hausbelange einzubringen und Kapazitäten dafür übrig hast. Die Bereiche sind dabei vielseitig und reichen von Bau-AG’s über Finanzen bis zur Betreuung der hauseigenen Gewerbefläche. Zudem findet alle 10 Tage ein Plenum statt, um sich über Aktuelles auszutauschen und Aufgaben zu verteilen.

Das Leben im Haus findet etagenübergreifend statt und alle sind überall gern gesehen. Zusammenwohnen würdest du vordergründig aber mit uns:

Laura (35): zieht im Juli und ist ein aktiver Mensch, der immer viele Projekte am Start und trotzdem noch ganz gut Kapazitäten für Sinnvolles und Sinnloses hat. Laura baut, repariert tüftelt, organisiert; lernt und vertieft sich gern in Dinge und kocht außerdem ganz leckeres Essen. Politische Auseinandersetzung ist Laura zudem wichtig; der Aktivismuslevel variiert, aber irgendwas ist immer.

WG-Jüngling Laurits (24): ist gerade auf Sizilien am Schiffe entrosten. Ansonsten braucht er immer etwas zu tun und ist Titelverteidiger des Wasserfestes am Theklaer See.

Hannes (36): studiert Sonderpädagogik und arbeitet nebenbei als Nachtwache im betreuten Wohnen; hat viel Humor und mag es, wenn Leute sich nicht allzu ernst nehmen und auch mal über sich lachen können. Außerdem hat er ein Herz für Weirdos und fummelt gern an Otis' Pfoten rum.

Lea (35): Studiert (immer noch) Soziale Arbeit. Ansonsten hat sie mit Lohnarbeit (Persönliche Assistenz, Antirassismus) zu tun, liebt es Leute in Diskussionen zu verwickeln und würde sich als Afrodeutsche über weitere BIPoC's (nicht weiße Menschen) auf dem Stockwerk freuen.

Otis (Hund, 10): ist ziemlich klein, hat nur noch die Hälfte seiner Zähne und liebt Essen. Ansonsten ist er, wenn Lea nicht da ist, viel damit beschäftigt, ihr Zimmer zu bewachen. Damit er das nicht so lautstark tun muss, wäre es süß, wenn du sein Vertrauen gewinnst.

Unsere Lebensentwürfe sind unterschiedlich und bewegen sich zwischen Studieren und unterschiedlichen Jobs. Grundsätzlich ist uns ein vertrautes Wohnumfeld wichtig, und wir genießen es, gemeinsam Zeit vor dem Ofen im Wohnzimmer zu verbringen. Allerdings sind wir auch alle Personen, die viel Zeit für sich brauchen und sich deswegen auch öfter Mal alleine in ihr Zimmer zurückziehen.

Zimmer #2: 16m², 240€ warm + 33,50€ Gemeinschaftsbeitrag*

*Der Gemeinschaftsbeitrag wird vornehmlich für Grundnahrungsmittel, GEZ, Internet und Gruppentage genutzt.

Hey, hey,
currently, we are looking for two new roommates (preferably FLINTA's) for our 6-person shared flat in a housing project in the eastern part of Leipzig.
We are a collectively managed housing project, living and organizing ourselves across three floors. Our group currently consists of 17 adults and two children.
It's important that you are interested in contributing to household matters, with areas ranging from construction working groups to finances and overseeing the in-house commercial space. Additionally, we have a plenary meeting every 10 days to exchange updates and distribute tasks.

Living in the house is across floors, and everyone is welcome everywhere. However, you would primarily be living with us:
Laura (35): I’m quite the active one, always tinkering around with something, repairing or working on some project (at the moment a mix of clothes repairs and car repairs). I like to organize collectively and be a part of different groups (that do therapy together, or administrate a room for all, I used to do lots of Küfa…). Soon I’ll start self-employment. So under certain circumstances I really like to work, paid or unpaid. Also no work is great. Most important in this though are aspects of independence and autonomy. I like to cook nice enough food and to have political debates. I like to listen and learn, even though I have lots of opinions. From time to time I think it’s fair to call myself an activist.

WG-youngster Laurits (he, 24): Laurits is currently derusting ships in Sicily. Otherwise, he always needs something to do and is the defending champion of the water festival at Theklaer See.

Hannes (he, 36): studies special education, and works part-time as a night guard in assisted living. Hannes has a good sense of humor and appreciates when people don't take themselves too seriously and can laugh at themselves. He also has a soft spot for weirdos and likes to play with Otis' paws.

Lea (she, 35): (still) studying Social Work. Otherwise, she is involved in wage labor (Personal Assistance, Anti-racism), loves engaging people in discussions, and would be happy to have more BIPoC's (non-white individuals) on the floor.

Otis (dog, 10): is quite small, has only half of his teeth left, and loves food. Otherwise, when Lea is not around, he is busy guarding her room. To avoid doing it loudly, it would be sweet if you could gain his trust.

Our life plans are diverse, ranging from studying to various jobs. A familiar living environment is important to us, and we enjoy spending time together in front of the fireplace in the living room. However, we are all individuals who need a lot of time for themselves, so we often retreat to our rooms alone.

33.50 Euro community contribution*.

Room #2: 16m², 240€ rent + 33,50€ community contribution*


*The community contribution is primarily used for basic groceries, GEZ, internet, and group activities.
