Wegen Umzugs vermiete ich mein gemütliches Zimmer in einer Zweier-WG in Sellerhausen.
Inklusive Nebenkosten liegt die Miete bei 370 €. Ich würde den Hauptmietvertrag erstmal behalten, plane aber eigentlich wegzubleiben, deswegen können wir über Übernahme gerne sprechen.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 25 qm. Bis auf das Bett wird das Zimmer unmöbliert sein.
Der Rest ist ein relativ großes Bad mit Wanne sowie ein Wohnzimmer, welches mit einer Durchreiche mit der Küche verbunden ist, an die sich ein Wintergarten anschließt. Alles ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es gibt viel Platz, um sich auszubreiten.
Die Wohnung hat viel Licht und einen schönen Ausblick (vom Zimmer aus).
I am renting out my cosy room in a shared flat for two in Sellerhausen due to relocation.
The rent is €370 including utilities. I would like to keep the main tenancy agreement for the time being, but am actually planning to stay away, so we can talk about taking over.
The room is about 25 square metres. Apart from the bed, the room will be unfurnished.
The rest is a relatively large bathroom with a bathtub and a living room, which is connected to the kitchen by a hatch and adjoins a conservatory. Everything is very cosily furnished and there is plenty of space to spread out.
The flat has lots of light and a beautiful view (from the room).
Sellerhausen ist ruhig, grün (Stünzer Park!) und sehr gut mit den Öffentlichen zu erreichen. Zum Zentrum sind es mit dem Rad ca. 15 Minuten. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe und man ist schnell aus der Stadt raus, wenn man mal Ruhe braucht 😊
Auf der anderen Straßenseite fahren ab- und zu Güterzüge vorbei.
Sellerhausen is quiet, green (Stünzer Park!) and very easy to reach by public transport. It's about 15 minutes by bike to the centre. Shopping facilities are nearby and you can quickly get out of the city if you need some peace and quiet 😊
Goods trains occasionally pass by on the other side of the road.
