The room is bright, goes out to the side street, has high ceilings, about 19m2, 2 large windows, located between the other 2.
It is the largest in the wg, has as everywhere a beautiful floor. We have regular Internet, a cable connection is also in the room.
The wg has a bathtub and washing machine in the bathroom. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator and dishwasher, from the kitchen it goes out to the balcony. We have a green courtyard and bicycle pitches. Halfway down there is a small storage room that belongs to the apartment and in the basement we also have a compartment. In kitchen you can sit well to third and in the course a community area is created, as we have such a kind of space.
Das Zimmer ist hell, geht zur Nebenstraße raus, hat hohe decken, etwa 19m2, 2 große Fenster, liegt zwischen den anderen 2.
Es ist das größte in der wg, hat so wie überall einen wunderschönen dielenboden. Wir haben ordentliches Internet, ein Kabelanschluss liegt auch im Zimmer.
Die wg hat eine Badewanne und Waschmaschine im Badezimmer. In der Küche gibt's schon Kühlschrank und spülmaschine, aus der Küche geht's zum Balkon raus. Wir haben einen begrünten Innenhof und fahrradstellplätze. Auf halbem geschoss gibt's einen kleinen Lagerraum der zur Wohnung gehört und im Keller haben wir auch ein Abteil. In Küche kann man gut zu dritt sitzen und im Gang entsteht gerade ein gemeinschaftsbereich, da wir so eine Art Vorraum haben.
The wg lies at the emauskirche. We have everything you need around the corner ubd are well tied.
There are rewe, Lateis, Kneipe, apo, pond, döner for 4.50 and what else I know is running in under 5min.
Also tram line 7 and 8 stops at the door, bus77, many regio trains at the regiobahnhof next door. At night the n17 as well as almost all E lines, because they all go to paunsdorf to sleep.
In the center you need about 20min with tram or 10 with bike.
Die wg liegt an der emauskirche. Wir haben alles was man braucht um die Ecke ubd sind gut angebunden.
Es gibt rewe, spätis, Kneipe, apo, Teich, döner für 4,50 und was weiß ich noch alles in unter 5min laufen.
Ebenso hält tramlinie 7 und 8 vor der Tür, der bus77, viele regiozüge am regiobahnhof nebenan. Nachts hält die n17 sowie fast alle E Linien, weil die alle nach paunsdorf zum schlafen fahren.
Ins Zentrum braucht man ca 20min mit Tram oder 10 mit Rad.
We have only lived together for a few months and share a certain everyday life and many attitudes.
Lydeen works with an outfitter for medieval markets and tony is a technician in the event industry. We're traveling a lot, but tony's always there because he has 2 cats.
We can enjoy a lot of free space, enjoy sitting together with a drink in the kitchen, we don't need a clean plan, we smoke but ventilate or go out. All in all, we are very relaxed cohabitation and appreciate a good coexistence.
Wir wohnen erst seit einigen Monaten zusammen und teilen ein gewissen Alltag und viele Einstellungen.
Lydeen arbeitet bei einem Ausstatter für Mittelaltermärkte und tony ist Techniker in der veranstaltungsbranche. Wir sind viel unterwegs, tony ist aber auch immer da weil er 2 Katzen hat.
Wir gönnen uns viel Freiraum, sitzen gern zusammen bei nem Getränk in der Küche, wir brauchen keinen putzplan, wir rauchen aber lüften oder gehen raus. Alles in allem sind wir sehr entspannte Mitbewohnis und schätzen ein gutes Miteinander.
