Zwischenmiete in zentraler und lieber WG

Zimmer
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort bis Anfang/Mitte September frei, mit eventueller Aussicht auf Verlängerung. Es kostet 220 € inklusive allem pro Monat.
Die Decken sind altbautypisch hoch und das Zimmer ist schön hell. Alle Möbel, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, bleiben drin - also sogar eine Hängematte!

Lage
ist schon echt schick. Die WG liegt super zentral in der Nähe vom Nordplatz. Bars und Clubs wirst du allerdings nicht in unmittelbarer Umgebung finden. Restaurants gibt's hier jedoch genügend.
Wirklich Premium ist der fußläufig erreichbare Leipziger Zoo und der dahinterliegende Rosental.

Einkaufen:
Konsum ist ca. 5 min zu Fuß weg. Am Bahnhof (10 min) kannst du dich auch sonntags mit Lebensmitteln eindecken. Kaufland ist ca. 10 min per Fahrrad weg in Gohlis-Süd.

there's a consum 5 min by foot. The station is 10 min by foot and offers even on sundays the possibility to buy everything you could need, which is really nice. The next Kaufland is in Gohlis-Süd, which is like 10 min by bike.

ÖPVN:
Ganze 2-3 Gehminuten trennen dich vom Wilhelm-Liebknecht-Platz. Hier kannst du deine Beine dann endlich ausruhen und je nach Geschmack in die Bahnlinie 9, 10, 11 oder 16 hüpfen.
Du magst es exotisch? Dann begib dich in 5 Gehminuten zur Haltestelle Nordplatz oder Zoo und nimm die Linie 12 nach Gohlis.

WG-Leben
In der WG leben Clemens, Alex, Jorrit, Sarah und Larissa. Und nicht zu vergessen: der WG-Kater Goethe.

Clemens (30) studiert irgendwas mit Events und regt sich im Zuge dessen manchmal über das BGB auf. Er klettert gerne und ist Goethes Mensch.
Alex (37) bringt Latino-Vibes in unseren Alltag. Er arbeitet als Rad-Kurier und quatscht sich gern in der Küche oder im Park fest, optional mit Radler oder Wein.
Jorrit (28) studiert Physik und ist der Sportler unserer WG. Er hat auch allerlei Werkzeug und gute Ratschläge auf Lager.
Sarah (27) ist selbstständige Illustratorin und arbeitet nebenher. Sie backt gerne und bouldert.
Für den August ist gerade auch Anna als Zwischenmieterin da, statt der eigentlichen Bewohnerin Larissa.
Goethe ist Clemens Kater und auch Verantwortung.

Die Stimmung in der WG ist sehr zwanglos und freundschaftlich. Auch wenn du nur ein paar Wochen hier sein wirst, wäre es schön, wenn du keine Lust auf Zweck-WG hast.

Wir haben einen Putzplan. Geputzt wird wöchentlich in immer wechselnden Zweierteams.
Spül- und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.

Clemens (30) is studying something with events and therefore he's sometimes complaining about the BGB. He likes climbing and Goethe belongs to him.
Alex (37) is a very sunny and talkative person. He's working as bike messenger and likes to drink Radler after work (his life is really full of bikes, wow)
Jorrit (28) is studying physics and likes to do sports. He also has a lot of tools and knowledge how to use them.
Sarah (27) is a self-employed illustrator and likes to boulder.
Anna will be there for August instead of Larissa, who usually lives here.

Even though you'll stay for a limited amount of time, it would be lovely if you'd be up for a vivid living together.

We are cleaning every sunday in teams of two and there's also a dishwasher and washing machine in the flat.
