Schön gelegen in Stötteritz im Südosten Leipzigs in der Nähe zum Stötteritzer Wäldchen und zum Völkerschlachtdenkmal. Mit der Bahn direkt in 15 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Sparkasse, Post, Restaurants, Kneipe, Bäcker, Döner, Supermarkt, Arzt alles innerhalb 5 Fuß Minuten. Ruhiger Innenhof.
Ich (m22) bin Student im 7. Semester. Ich bin sehr offen gegenüber eigentlich allem, solange ich auch mal meine Privatsphäre habe und man mir nicht irgendeine Meinung aufzwingt. Außerdem habe ich es gern ordentlich, was nicht heißt, dass ich zwanghaft putze, aber sauber halten kann recht gut :). Für gemeinsames Zocken, Kochen, Quatschen oder jegliche andere Aktivitäten bin ich immer gern offen. Wenn du freundlich, weltoffen und ordentlich bist, können wir uns ne schöne gemeinsame Zeit machen ;).
Falls es noch irgendwelche Fragen gibt, immer her damit. Für Umgestaltungswünsche bin ich auch immer offen, immerhin wollen wir uns ja beide zu Hause fühlen ;).
