The room is 14sqm. Furnished with bed, closet, dresser, nightstand, desk and lamp. Heating works perfectly.
The apartment is located in a quiet location surrounded by some parks. The Völkerscachtdenkmal is a quick walk away. The nearest tram stop is just around the corner, it takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center by tram and about 15 by bike. Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, and Rossman are all located in one spot and can be reached quickly by foot.
Shared apartment life usually consists of relaxed conversations at the kitchen table, cooking together, watching films or playing games. Of course, interactions between each other are not necessary, if you want to keep to yourself that is fine, but spending time together is always nice.
The most important thing is a sympathetic cooperation between everyone and that everyone leaves the necessary space for each other. You should be able to communicate the things that bother you in a timely and respectful manner.
I’m 27, and Reinhold is 29. I’ll be moving out temporarily, but Reinhold will be staying in the apartment. Reinhold is very easy to talk to, we often spend a lot of time talking about anything in the kitchen and became friends really quickly. He likes to cook, so if that interests you as well then you can enjoy cooking nights together! I’m Canadian and only speak English, but Reinhold is German and speaks both German and English exceptionally well, he can even speak a little bit of Russian!
The apartment has a small garden. There is also a private parking spot that is unused, so if you have a car you’re welcome to use it!
