Die Wohnung (136m²) ist groß. Wohnzimmer, Balkon/Dachterasse und Küche bieten genügend Raum und Abwechslung zur Entfaltung. Achja: Zwei Bäder gibt’s auch noch, gerade morgens sehr praktisch.
Ein Träumchen. Mitten in der Südvorstadt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Von hier aus bist du mit Öffentlichen / Fahrrad in 10 Minuten im Zentrum genauso wie in Connewitz, Reudnitz oder Schleußig. Alles, was man zum Leben braucht, ist um die Ecke. ÖNV-Anbindung sowieso. Der Weg zum Bäcker morgens sind weniger als 5 Purzelbäume.
Du wirst eine entspannte WG vorfinden, die zum Wohlfühlen einlädt und es herrscht eine gemütliche, gemeinschaftliche Atmosphäre. Wenn man mal Rückzug und Ruhe sucht, wird das (selbstredend) respektiert.
