Das Zimmer ist kühl für den Sommer, da wir im Erdgeschoss leben, sehr hell und geräumig. Die Fenster sind groß, es gibt einen Schreibtisch, meinen Kleiderschrank (der frei gelassen wird), das Bett und eine zusätzliche Matratze, falls du Besuch empfangen möchtest. Viele der Möbel sind antik und sehr schön und es gibt auch meine Yoga-Matte, meine Gummibänder und meine Hanteln, falls du trainieren willst!

The room is cool for the summer as we live on the ground floor, very bright and spacious. The windows are big, there is a desk, my wardrobe (which is left free), the bed and an extra mattress in case you want to have visitors. Much of the furniture is antique and very nice and there is also my yoga mat, elastic bands and dumbbells if you want to work out!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Südvorstadt, in einer sehr ruhigen und angenehmen Gegend und nur eine Minute von der Karli (Karl-Liebneckt Straße) und einem wunderschönen Freizeit- und Kulturgebiet entfernt. Nur fünf Minuten entfernt ist die Straßenbahn, Sie können die 10 und 11 nehmen, die die ganze Stadt verbindet. Eine Minute entfernt ist die Buslinie 89, die von dieser Straße über das historische Zentrum und das Musikviertel zum Hauptbahnhof fährt!!!!

The flat is located in Südvorstadt, in a very quiet and pleasant area and only one minute away from the Karli (Karl-Liebneckt Straße) and a wonderful leisure and cultural area. Only five minutes away is the tram, you can take the 10 and 11 which connects the whole city. One minute away is bus line 89, which runs from this street to the main station via the historic centre and the music district!!!!

In dieser WG sind wir zwei Studenten, ich studiere Musik und ich werde mit meiner Familie in Spanien sein. Paul, ein Lehramtsstudent mit den Hauptfächern Bio und Musik, wird in der WG wohnen :) Er ist ein entspannter, netter und lustiger Typ, der Musik und Brotbacken liebt!

Falls Sie die Wohnung früher oder später betreten müssen, können wir flexibel sein, ich werde ab dem 20. Juli nicht mehr in der Wohnung sein und komme erst nach der ersten Septemberwoche zurück :)
