Dein Zimmer ist 17 m² groß, vollmöbliert, ist durch 2 Fenster lichtdurchflutet und hat 3,4 m hohe Decken. Viele schöne Pflanzen, ein Aquarium(keine Angst du musst dafür nichts machen, es reguliert sich von selbst), Chillspace, Arbeitsspace und einem großen Hochbett mit genügend Ablageplatz. Das Zimmer ist außerdem nach hintem zum grünen Hof gelegen, also in einer schönen ruhigen Lage.
Die Wohnung ist mit einer schönen Küche, riesigem Flur und 2 Bädern mit Dusche und Badewanne ausgestattet.

Your room has 17m², is fully furnished, flooded by light through 2 windows and the ceiling is quiet high with over 3m. Lot´s of plants, a Aquarium(don´t worry you don´t have to do a thing it regultes itself), Chillspace, Workingspace and a big Loftbed. The room is placed on the back of the house, so nice and quit :)
The flat has a nice kitchen, big hallway and 2 bathrooms one with shower and the other one has a bathtub.
🇩🇪Das Zimmer befindet sich im Herzen der Südvorstadt. Die Karli ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, es gibt 2 Spätis um die Ecke und 2 kleine Parks mit Tischtennis in Sichtweite.
Die nächste S-bahn erreichst du in 3-5 Minuten mit dem Fahhrad und Bus und Tram in einer Minute zu Fuß. Ein Netto und ein süßer vietnamesischer Obstladen, sowie Copyhops, Restaurants und Bars sind sehr nah.
Es gibt auch Platz für Fahrräder im Innenhof
🇬🇧The room is located in the center of the Südvorstadt. The Karli, a popular Street is very close, also we have a few spätis and two little parks around the corner where you might enjoy a round of ping pong.
The tram passes in front of our house, but you won´t really hear it if the windows are closed.
The next S-bahn is a few minutes by bike, and to tram and bus you have a 1 minute walk. To buy food you find Netto and a cute little vietnamese shop as well as Restaurants, Bars, copyshops and other stores.
There is also space for bicycles in the yard.
🇩🇪 Mit dem Wohnraum würdest du noch 3 Mitbewohner*innen bekommen, Luise, Lais und Lina .. Wir alle streben ein harmonisches Zusammenleben an und unternehmen gerne spontan Sachen zusammen. Da wir alle auf geiles Essen stehen, kochen wir dementsprechend öfter gemeinsam und verbringen so die Abende miteinander. Auch jammen tun wir gerne.
Nochmal kurz zum Essen. In der Wg teilen wir soweit alles, was im Kühlschrank ist. D.h.einmal die Woche geht eine Person einkaufen (Angebotsladen) und macht das Ding voll. Außerdem haben wir ein wöchtentliches Abo für eine Gemüsekiste.
Wenn du lieber dein eigenes Ding machst ist das voll in Ordnung. Einfach Namen drauf und fertig.

We all strive for a harmonic living situation, so we find time to do stuff together. Sometimes everybody enjoys time alone but the next days a bunch of friends might come by and we have ourselfes some nice food and so on and start a jam.
Talkin bout food: We share all the stuff we have in the frigde. So once a week one person goes to the supermarket (Angebot) and fills up the thing. We also have an abonnement for a weekly box of fresh Bio veggies. If you rather feel like to do your own thing concerning the fridge, that´s no problem. Just label it and done.

Der Großteil von uns in der Wohnung sind BIPoC (Black, Indigenous, People of Colour) und wir haben absolut keine Toleranz für jede Art von Diskriminierung, insbesondere rassistisch diskriminierende Handlungen, Kommentare oder "Witze" (ich meine, sind diese jemals lustig? *Augenrollen*)
