Especially young people who want to enjoy urban life live here: charming cafés, Spätis, small bars, galleries and creative shops are located in the immediate vicinity.
Supermarkets such as Rewe and Edeka are within walking distance. A weekly market, bakers, pharmacies and bicycle shops are also in the immediate vicinity.
The tram lines 9, 10 and 11 almost keep in front of the door. From here it is only a few minutes to the university, HTWK or the centre. If you prefer to drive by bike, you will be anywhere in the city centre in a maximum of 10 minutes.
