the room is 15 m2 large and spacious cut (for extra storage there is an intermediate floor above the door). In addition, the room is L-shaped, i.e. you have a small entrance area. The high bed in the room separates the room well into an entrance hall and a living area. This makes the room really very popular!
The mattress is only on a slat rust, you should get it.
The balcony is directly accessible via the room. The balcony is also accessible via the kitchen and your room and we use it together. The room is facing west and offers a great place to look at sunset. The perfect rest for meditating.
For the super sunset you have to go up 4 floors but there is also a super elevator!
The apartment is shared with Ghadir and Alfadi. We have a small but fine kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need. So you don't have to bring anything.
The bathroom is also fully equipped with bathtub and washing machine.
Cleanliness is important to us. There is a cleaning plan and everyone just looks that everything remains neat

das Zimmer ist 15 m² groß und geräumig geschnitten ( für extra Stauraum gibt es einen zwischenboden über der Tür). Außerdem ist das Zimmer L-förmig, d.h. man hat einen kleinen Eingangsbereich. Das im Zimmer befindliche Hochbett trennt das Zimmer gut in einen Eingangs- und Straumbereich und einen Wohnbereich. Dadurch ist das Zimmer wirklich sehr wohnlich!
Die Matratze liegt lediglich auf einem Lattenrost, diesen müsstest du dir besorgen. ;)
Der Balkon ist direkt über das Zimmer zugänglich. Außerdem ist der Balkon über die Küche sowie deinem Zimmer zugänglich und wir nutzen ihn gemeinschaftlich. Das Zimmer ist nach Westen ausgerichtet und bietet somit einen Tollen Ort zum Sonnenuntergänge schauen. Die perfekte Ruhe zum Meditieren.
Für den super Sonnenuntergang musst du 4 Etagen hochgehen aber es gibt auch einen super Fahrstuhl!
Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit Ghadir und Alfadi. Wir haben eine kleine, aber feine Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine und alles was man brauchst. Du brauchst also nichts unbedingt mitbringen.
Auch das Bad ist komplett ausgestattet mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig. Es gibt einen Putzplan und jeder schaut einfach, dass alles ordentlich bleibt
Our apartment is in an unbeatable location. In the heart of the southern suburb near Karli and yet it is very quiet. As soon as you stumble around the corner from the front door, you are surrounded by restaurants, bars, small shops and various shopping facilities. The large Clara Park and the forest can be reached on foot or by bike in Windeseile, where you can spread your parking blanket in summer or go jogging. After only 20 minutes on the bike you can also jump to the Cossi for cooling in summer. By bike or train you are within 10 minutes in the city centre and thus also at the main campus. Despite the vitality around you, you hardly get anything from the hustle in the apartment or in your room.
Unsere Wohnung ist in einer unschlagbaren Lage. Im Herzen der Südvorstadt in direkter Nähe zur Karli und dennoch ist es sehr ruhig. Sobald du aus der Haustür um die Ecke stolperst, bist du umgeben von Restaurants, Bars, kleinen Läden und diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der große Clara-Park und der Wald sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad in Windeseile zu erreichen, wo du im Sommer deine Parkdecke ausbreiten oder Joggen gehen kannst. Nach nur 20 Minuten auf dem Rad kannst du im Sommer auch in den Cossi zu Abkühlung springen. Mit dem Fahrrad oder der Bahn bist du innerhalb von max. 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt und damit auch am Hauptcampus. Trotz der Lebendigkeit um dich herum bekommst du von dem Trubel in der Wohnung oder in deinem Zimmer kaum etwas mit.
In our WG we are very important. Our apartment is really our home. We live very collaboratively, the doors are usually open.(can also be closed).
We like to spend time together in the WG and after the joint cooking we will gladly open a wine. In order for it to remain so beautiful and cozy here, a cleanliness is very important to us and we expect the same from you. We very much hope that only people who really don't want a purpose WG will come forward and still are independent.
In unserer WG ist uns das Miteinander sehr wichtig. Unsere Wohnung ist wirklich unser zu Hause. Wir leben sehr gemeinschaftlich, die Türen stehen meistens offen.(können aber auch gerne geschlossen werden).
Wir verbringen in der WG aber gerne Zeit miteinander und nach dem gemeinsamen Kochen wird gerne noch ein Wein aufgemacht. Damit es noch lange so schön und gemütlich hier bleibt, ist uns eine Grundsauberkeit sehr wichtig und wir erwarten das gleiche von dir. Wir wünschen uns sehr, dass sich nur Leute melden, die wirklich keine Zweck WG wollen und trotzdem eigenständig sind.
