Die WG hat zwei Bäder (einmal mit Badewanne+Dusche und einmal nur mit Toilette) was sehr praktisch ist. Auch einen kleinen Balkon haben wir. Die Küche ist schmal, aber reicht auch fürs gemeinsame Essen und Kochen etc aus.
Das Zimmer hat so 12 m² groß geht zum Innenhof raus ist daher schön ruhig. Im Zimmer ist ein Teppich verlegt.
Das Haus lieg auf der westlichen Seite der Kurt-Eisner-Straße, bei der Haltestelle Fockestraße (da hält die 60, 74 und wenige Meter weiter die 89). In 5 Minuten bist du auch direkt an der (berühmten) Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Connewitz und die HTWK ist nur ein paar Minuten weg und mit der Tram geht es schnell zur Uni und ins Zentrum.
Eure Mitbewohner/innen werden Magda, Christoph und Leon sein.
