Cozy 18m2 room in Altbau-building right on the Karli. The room is empty - perfect for all the knick-knacks you don't know where to put - except for the big and comfortable loft bed, which can be purchased (price ~200€). The apartment is fully equipped in the shared kitchen (with a dishwasher) and bathroom (with a bathtub). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or in your own room.
Gemütliches 18 qm Zimmer in Altbau direkt auf der Karli. Das Zimmer ist leer - wunderbar geeignet für all den Schnickschnack bei dem du dich schon die ganze Zeit fragst, wo du ihn unterbringen sollst. Ein großes, eingebautes Hochbett kann der Vorbesitzerin abgekauft werden (ca ~200€). Die gemeinsame Küche und das gemeinsame Bad sind voll ausgestattet (inclusive Geschirspüler und Badewanne). Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon und im eigenen Zimmer erlaubt.
The house is right on the Karli. It is 5 minutes walking distance from multiple tram and/or bus stops. The university HTWK is right around the corner. There is plenty of supermarkets, Döner and other fast food places, bars, cafés and small restaurants all around.
Das Gebäude ist direkt auf der Karli. Bis zu den nächsten Bus- und/oder Bahnhaltestellen sind es weniger als 5 Minuten. Die HTWK ist direkt in der Nähe. In der Umgebung befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte, Döner und andere fast food Läden, sowie eine Vielzahl Kneipen, Cafés und kleine Restaurants.
The WG is quite and relaxed, same as the building. We all have different daily schedules, with all of us working in different fields. We are happy though to have a chat in the kitchen or to sometimes go out for a drink.

Die WG ist ruhig und entspannt, genauso wie das Haus. Wir haben alle unterschiedliche Zeitpläne und arbeiten in unterschiedlichen Bereichen. Wir freuen uns trotzdem, wenn wir die Möglichkeit für eine Unterhaltung in der Küche haben oder auch mal zusammen weggehen.
