Hallo,
Weil unser Mitbewohner auszieht, suchen wir ab mitte April/Anfang März für unsre WG eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in. Wir sind 5 Menschen, die gerade alle studieren oder arbeiten oder andere tolle Sachen machen.
Die Wohnung ist 178qm groß, hat ein großes Badezimmer mit WC, Dusche und Eck-Badewanne, sowie ein separates Gäste-WC. Die Küche ist unser Treffpunkt zum gemeinsamen kochen, rauchen und quatschen. Zu dem gibt es 2 Balkone einen zum Hinterhof der andere zum Kantpark. Im Haus wohnen überwiegend WGs und Familien.
Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß. Der Anteil an der Miete beträgt alles inklusive 300€.
