Ich (Fabian) bin zwischen August und Dezember im Auslandssemester in den USA und wünsche mir eine*n Zwischenmieter*in, der*dem meine lieben Pflanzis und meine noch lieberen Mitbewohnis nicht gänzlich egal sind.
Das Zimmer ist recht klein, kann aber durch Gemütlichkeit überzeugen und ist halt auch (fast) unschlagbar günstig. Das Fenster geht zum Hof raus, so dass es auch nachts sehr ruhig ist (und es sich im Sommer dort gut abhängen lässt). Ich lasse alles an Möbeln (Matratze, Sessel, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Kleiderstange) da und würde Dir natürlich dementsprechend Platz schaffen.
Christoph (31) und Inka (25) bewohnen aktuell die WG und sind Mitbewohner*innen erster Klasse. Words fail me, also lern sie einfach selbst kennen.
Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, situiert an der südlichsten Grenze der Südvorstadt, kurz vor Connewitz. Auch kulinarisch ist das eine Oase hier. LaMia macht gute Pizza, Shahia hervorragenden Saitan-Döner und 2 vietnamesische, 1 syrisches und 1 marokkanisches Restaurant geben den Rest. Supermärkte, Bars, Clubs (es ist tatsächlich wieder wert erwähnt zu werden), Bahnhaltestellen und Parks sind in (nächster) Nähe. Mit dem Rad ist man in 15-20 min im Westen, im Osten und eigentlich überall, wo es sich lohnt hinzufahren!

I (Fabian) am moving to Ohio for one semester and I am hoping to find someone who can take care of my plants & my flat mates.
The room is quite small but really comfy and low-price. From the window you see the patio which makes it really quiet, also at night. I am leaving all of my furniture for you to use, obviously I will be making some space for you to bring your stuff.
Living with Christoph (31) and Inka (25) has been a blast so far. You should just get to know these two.
Our flat is in the Südvorstadt, near Connewitz which allows you to live in one of the most lively, exciting and convinicing (especially in terms of restaurant options) parts of the city. Basically, we have anything you might need in walking distance and it is also quite easy to get to the west or east of Leipzig, by bike it takes you about 15-20 min.
