Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete/Untermiete. Mai bis September 2024

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße, parallel zur "Karli". Trotz ihrer zentralen Lage ist die Umgebung recht ruhig. Die Nachbarschaft ist eine bunt gewürfelte Truppe aus Studieren, Senior*innen und Familien mit kleinen Kindern - ein wenig Leben ist also dennoch hin und wieder im Innenhof zu verfolgen. Mit dem Fahrrad lässt sich die Innenstadt in schnell und 10 Minuten bequem erreichen. Ebenso läuft man kurz zu S-Bahn, Tram und Busen in der Umgebung.

The flat is located in a quiet street parallel to the "Karli". Despite it's central location the area and neighborhoud are rather on the quiet site. You'll meet a variety of people sharing the backyard - elderly people, students and families alike share this building complex located in the Fichtestraße alike and create a neighbourly environment. The city center is easily reached by bike (~10min.) as well as tram, S-Bahn and busses (~5-10 min.).

We are not looking for neoliberal, conservative, queer-hostile (we identify both as non-binary and live poly), Putin-loving, esoteric, anti-vaccine, vegan/vegetarian-hostile people. We also don’t want you to smoke.

Wir, Grischa (35) und Lah (27) sind beide in unserem Leben eingebunden durch Arbeit, Studium, Hobbies und Freundeskreis. Das heißt wir können keine wöchentlichen WG-Abende versprechen, genießen aber zusammenverbrachte Zeit und sind sehr herzlich im Teilen.
Wichtig ist uns eine Offenheit und Freundlichkeit gegenüber LGBTQ+ Themen, da wir uns dort beide wiederfinden.
Im Umgang miteinander ist uns eine Bereitschaft Konflikte anzusprechen und gemeinsam an Lösungen zu arbeiten sehr wichtig, da zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen immer gemeinsame Arbeit daran voraussetzen.
WG-Unternehmungen beinhalten z.B. Spaziergänge, Brettspielabende, gemeinsamen Serienabenden, oder was sonst noch möglich ist.
Wir suchen eher in unserer Altersspanne, aber falls du älter bist und denkst, dass du gut passt, schreib uns trotzdem gerne. Berufstätigkeit, Ausbildung oder Studium sind für uns nicht relevant, aber dein Lebensstil sollte gemeinsam verbrachte Zeit erlauben.
Wir sind beide deutsche Muttersprachler und sprechen zudem Englisch fließend und Lah spricht Französisch (Das bedarf allerdings etwas Auffrischung 😉).
Freilaufende Haustiere sind in der Wohnung leider schwierig, da sie nicht genug Platz bietet und wir beide es schätzen auch unsere Türen zuzulassen.

We are Grischa(35) and Lah (27) and from May to Summer or Autum 2024 we are looking for a new flatmate for our three-person shared flat in Leipzig's Südvorstadt. Even though the flat needs some love, we appreciate a good living atmosphere and the interpersonal aspects of flat-sharing life.
We are both involved in our lives through work, studies, hobbies, and our circle of friends. This means that we can't promise weekly flat-sharing evenings, but we enjoy spending time together and are very cordial in sharing.
It is important for us to be open and friendly towards LGBTQ+ issues, as we both find ourselves there.
In our dealings with each other, a willingness to address conflicts and work together to find solutions is very important to us, as interpersonal relationships always require working on them together.
WG activities include, for example, walks, board game evenings, evenings watching series together, or whatever else is possible.
We are looking more in our age range but if you are older and think you would be a good fit, feel free to drop us a line anyway. Occupation, education or studies are not relevant to us, but your lifestyle should allow for time spent together.
We are both German native speakers and also speak English fluently and Lah speaks French (This needs some brushing up though 😉 ).
Free-roaming pets are unfortunately difficult in the flat as it doesn't have enough space and we both appreciate having our doors shut too.
