Mobilierte Zwischenmiete in der Südvorstadt bis Ende Feb/ Mitte März

Die Wohnung ist super und zentrumsnahe gelegen (Zentrum Süd - Grenze Südvorstadt), umgeben von Bistros, Restaurants, Bars, der NaTo und hübschen Läden auf der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße (Karli) , mit guter Verkehrsanbindung (H. Südplatz- StraBa Linie 10,11), direkten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Konsum, Netto, Bioladen, Biomare, Spätshops) und dem Clarapark in 1 km Entfernung. Die Körnerstraße ist eine wenig befahrene Seitenstraße der Karli und zum Glück ruhig. Von der Wohnung aus fahren wir mit dem Fahrrad selten mehr als 15 Minuten in alle Himmelsrichtungen , 10 min dauerts bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Ist also super gelegen :-)

The apartment is super and close to the center (south center - southern suburb border), surrounded by bistros, restaurants, bars, the NaTo and pretty shops on Karl-Liebknecht-Straße (Karli), with good transport connections (H. Südplatz- StraBa line 10 ,11), direct shops (Aldi, Konsum, Netto, organic shops, Biomare, late shops) and the Clarapark 1 km away. The Körnerstraße is a quuite side street of the Karli. From the apartment we rarely ride more than 15 minutes by bike in all directions, it takes 10 minutes to get to the main train station. So it's a great location :-)

Caro und Benet sind sehr offene und interessierte, umgängliche und lebensfrohe Menschen, und suchen eine*n Wg-Partner*in, der/ die auch gerne in Kontakt geht und ein angenehmes WG-Leben führen möchte. Das heißt gemeinsam Kochen, Essen, Plaudern (gern auch mal tiefgründig) und sonstige Gemeinsamkeiten finden die verbinden...alles auch nur, wenn es gut rein passt, denn jede(r) von uns hat auch ihr/ sein eigenes soziales Umfeld. Dein Besuch ist bei uns immer willkommen. Wichtig ist noch, dass Unstimmigkeiten schnell angesprochen und gute Lösungen gefunden werden. Wir möchten ein entspanntes zu Hause mit herzlicher Atmosphäre genießen können :). Bei einmal in der Woche Putzen und täglichem Abwasch nach den Mahlzeiten fühlen wir uns wohl.

Zu Caro: ich bin 32, arbeite selbstständig mit Massage und Körperarbeit, mache eine Ausbildung in Sexual- und Paartherapie, erfreue mich am Austausch mit Menschen, genieße leckeres und gesundes Essen, praktiziere Yoga, bin gern in der Natur, sinniere, studiere und meditiere in diesem Jahr sehr viel.

Zu Bennet: ich bin 33 Jahre alt und betreue beruflich beeinträchtigte Menschen. Währenddessen schreibe ich weiter an
meinem Buch über Meditation, gelingendes in-Beziehung-Sein und das gute Leben. Meditation, Sport und Tanzen sind noch so weitere wichtige Facetten meines Alltags.


Caro and Benet are very open-minded, sociable and cheerful people, and are looking for a flatmate who also likes to get in touch and would like to lead a pleasant live together. That means cooking, eating, chatting together (also going over smalltalk) and finding things in common that connect...everything only if it fits in well, because each of us also has his/her own social environment. Your friends are also always welcome with us. It is also important that discrepancies are addressed quickly and good solutions are found. We want to be able to enjoy a relaxed home with a warm atmosphere :). We feel comfortable with cleaning once a week and washing up every day after meals.

About Caro: I am 32, work independently with massage and bodywork, am training in sex- and couples' therapy, enjoy interacting with people, enjoy delicious and healthy food, practice yoga, like to be in nature, ponder, study and meditate a lot this year.

About Bennet: I am 33 years old and look after people with occupational disabilities. In the meantime, I keep writing
my book about meditation, being in a successful relationship and good life. Meditation, sports and dancing are other important facets of my everyday life.

Caro ist Hauptmieterin der Wohnung und würde mit dir einen befristeten Untermietvertrag gestalten. Der Mietpreis von 300€ pro Monat beinhaltet alle Kosten (Miete, Strom, Internet, GEZ, Wasserfilter, Hausratversicherung). Mit Ende März ist die Wohnung gekündigt, und gegen Mitte März wollen sie umziehen und die letzte Schönheitsreparaturen in der Wohnung machen. Da ich (Ágnes) doch früher mein Auslandssemester anfange und ein ganzes Monat mein Zimmer leer stehen würde, wűrde ich gerne die Möglichkeit jemandem geben, für ein Monat die gute Lage und die liebe Gesellschaft von Caro und Benet zu genießen.

Schreib uns gerne, was du so machst und was dich ausmacht, wie du dir das WG-Leben vorstellst, und bis wann du bleiben würdest (also spätestens bis Mitte März, aber gerne bis Ende Februar). Wir freuen uns auf deinen Kontakt!


Caro is the main tenant of the apartment and would sign a temporary contract with you. The rental price of €300 per month includes all costs (rent, electricity, internet, GEZ, water filter, household insurance). At the end of March, the apartment is vacant, and towards the middle of March they want to move and do the last repairs in the apartment. Since I (Ágnes) start my semester abroad earlier and my room would be empty for a whole month, I would like to give someone the opportunity to enjoy the good location and the lovely company of Caro and Benet for a month.
