da ich im Sommer mit meiner Freundin auf Reisen bin, würde ich gerne mein schönes Zimmer in unserer traumhaften Dreizimmerwohnung untervermieten. Komplett möbliert in bester Lage: Großes Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, Wohnküche mit Vollausstattung und ein Balkon sind vorhanden. Neben den beiden Schlafzimmern und der Wohnküche gibt noch ein Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Workspace und Hang-Out oder Yoga-Area. Deine Mitbewohnerin ist Sonja. Sie ist berufstätig, cool und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist top, alles direkt um die Ecke: Park, mehrere Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants, ÖPNV, der beste Döner der Stadt -> You name it. Auf dem Balkon hat man früh morgens und spät abends Sonne.
Über den Zeitraum könnte man noch reden
